So this is completely speculation... but... I'm kind of thinking since these are marked February 2024 - that this is RB clearing out the last of their stock and that there won't be any left for set championships. Again, totally out in left field. Also - gotta get those perfect fit PSA sleeves over those slabs ;)

@@PokeMartin agreed, although first year for any sealed is usually pretty flat.
I would encourage patience as when this does dry up, which it will (unless another reprint happens) the demand is going to vastly outweigh the supply.
Been snapping up enchanted cards of good characters on ebay auctions when they look clean and are a good deal. Im bullish for sure this IP is just too massive to stay slept on

“Bullish” on cardboard lol. You really do think you’re some sort of saavy investor hahahaha. So wild to me. I could purchase dozens of first chapter booster boxes and/or buy all the enchanted cards. And I could do it easily. Because I have actual investments. But I won’t, because I’m not a moron. Stupid people like this just prevents new players. My wife loves Disney and I’d actually play this. But I won’t at these stupid prices out of nothing but principle.

Once all the sets are affordable for a competitive game and people unable to buy anything they want to play due to obscene market manipulation, I’ll be there? My wife is the Disney lover, but I have to admit it seems mechanically they did a good job with this game. Its more fun to play than MtG certainly in my opinion, though admittedly that’s a pretty low bar

If you don’t see that the cards as a collectible investment is dead then you’re just blind. No numbered cards no rare cards. Not enough. The characters are almost enough to carry this TCG but it has to be collectible. We are moving into a more digital world VR meta verse I think the future of collectibles in 20 years won’t be the physical cards but perhaps some nft or a vr environment. So now I only get the cards if I do to play with family at the house. This won’t become another Pokemon in 20 years.

This game will die if they don’t reprint first chapter and don’t have a rotation of sets. I’m not sure if they have announced a rotation yet.
If they don’t reprint nor rotate old sets out, you don’t even have a competitive card game. The “investor” morons buying dozens or hundreds of boxes will kill the game in that instance.
Rotate, reprint, or die. There aren’t other options for a competitive game
