Pat, So glad to hear that! Thank you for watching and glad you were able to do the knot! Be sure to check us out if you need any splicing tools or materials! Until next time... Get Hanging!
Great video. I've purchased your soft shackles on line and the manufacture is first-class. This video shows how you do it. Thank you. The Brion Toss button knot takes practice but is worth learning. I give links to this video in my lesson on soft shackle construction for the Hoofer Sailing Club.
Hay there Trevor. I just received my soft shackles frum yer company.Top notch.love them all the way. Thanks fer makein them.perty shure that knot is beyond me.bout ta order yer kit so I can follow yer vids and see if I can make my own gear.thanks again.
I like to have 5-6 diameters or the line for the noose size. I think yours is a bit too small. I think that the soft shackles that you sell have larger nooses than you are showing. A small crochet hook will work instead of the latch hook as well.
Thanks for that. I know, I do my best not too but I'm really not the biggest fan of talking in front of a camera. It makes me uncomfortable even talking about something I love. Hopefully it gets better in time!
Fair play to ya, I didn't notice you saying um as I was trying to make what you were demonstrating. I actually pulled it off delighted! Thank you for putting yourself out there even though you felt uncomfortable talking on camera. Superb instructions.
Excellent!! Thanks 🙏
Thanks a bunch Trevor
I just made a set of shackles thanks to your video. It was easy to follow along, even during the tricky bits.
Keep it hanging.

Glad you like them!
Thanks for the video! Does it matter which side you bury which end in? I'm assuming it doesn't, it's a very detailed video, thanks again!
It does. You want to bury in the direction that the ends are pulled. If not, your ends will be crossed
What is the thickness of the cord?

Great video. Please don’t use UM as a transitional word. It’s like nails on the chalkboard during a great presentation.
