- Look how simple and easy it is to install the 900X Series Loader on the 4700 Global Series Tractor. It's one of the added features of a Massey Ferguson. Basically the same steps are used to install all of the current loaders on all series of tractors from the GC Series to the 8700 Series. Hope it helps! This would be the same as a cab tractor?
Yes the same procedure would be done for Cab Models
I made a mistake of not depressing the hydraulic system. 😢 now I am having a difficult time reconnecting the quick connectors.
Make sure tractor is off and move joystick to remove pressure from tractor side. If loader has pressure you may need to loosen fittings at couplers to remove pressure on loader side to be able to connect, Becareful as hydraulics will be under pressure and can squirt oil/ Just barely loosen until oil flows then retighten and try to connect to tractor side.
So where are the 1700 series premium tractors built? I know they are built by Iseki, but does Iseki build them in China to take advantage of cheap labor?
1700 Premium Series are built in Iseki Manufacturing Facilities in Japan and labelled on the Serial Number Tag country of Origin. Matsuyama, in southern Japan is the main Tractor Manufacturing Facility for Iseki built Tractors.
I figure it would take me about 30 tries and two hours to get that thing lined up correctly ha ha. Trust me.
Really it's pretty simple...they have stops and guides to make it work easy. Truthful...I use to cringe taking loaders off but these are very simple to remove and install.
I actually thought a "quick connect" for the hydraulics came as standard?
Single Lever Quick Connect is an Option. Standard is Individual Couplers. I sell many that never plan to remove the loader and why spend the money of you won't use it. Massey Ferguson allows you to custom build your Massey Ferguson the way you desire it or need it. Single Lever Quick Disconnect is available if you do need it.

They cheaped out with the color coding on the 2607 !
Some loaders they do some they don't. Easy way is to put color tie straps get 4 different colors and you have everything coded. We sell them instore for 10 cents each so less than a dollar you can color code if your tractor & loader are not.

Gone to hell when they are building them in China , Agco's greed closed the Coventry factory in England moved it to France and now using Asian tractors and re badgeing them as Masseys , DISGRACEFUL
The Coventry product was moved to Beauvais France AGCO Factory and still being built there. The Global Series is a New Product and new basic series product it is 100% Engineered and Deigned by AGCO Engineers...which most are in Beauvais, France. The Product is currently being built in the AGCO Owned Changzhou China Manufacturing Facility, the latest and most innovative and high tech tractor factory ever built. But what most don't realize is the opportunity to grow in Southeast Asia & Pacific Region with not only Global Series but all of AGCO Portfolio of products produced all around the world at other manufacturing facilities than can now compete on equal playing field with local own & produced tractor brands.
