"Anemoia" is the feeling of nostalgia for a time or memory that never actually happened to you. Its a strange, fuzzy feeling that is sometimes sparked by certain songs, characters and situations in movies, tv series that reflect on how you want life to be. Its also an ideal title for a chillwave mix, as the genre emanates "Anemoia" all the time from me.
For me life only begins at the age of 31, and it's ok to be lost, not knowing where life is taking you, we are humans, not everything happens the way you plan, problems will always come out of nowhere and test your patience, I have been going through ups and down's in life for the past 8 years but I am still smiling when the sun rises, try to look at the bigger picture, find your own peace and comfort, do something you enjoy doing, don't dwell on the past, you can't change it, but you can change the future!

The first compilation I heard on this channel was SPACETRIP I think that’s the name of it. The first song I heard was called Slow by a Japanese name that translates to Melancholy I believe. It truly set me down an interesting path in life. This music makes my life better. I have something I can hear when I’m down, that strangely, speaks much louder and reverberates a bit more than voice. Asthenic, I wanted to take the time to thank you for what you do. For introducing me to this type of music those years ago. I really appreciate it.

I was just listening to the playlist while playing Elite: Dangerous, and a song started playing that I didn't recognise. I assumed it had not auto looped and moved on to a different video, imagine my delight when I discovered it was a new Asthenic mix instead! Excellent stuff as always, thanks a lot for keeping these coming.
After discovering this genre, my pop music list is obsolete ... I stopped listening to other types of music. I did not know music can be thought-provoking and trance-inducing - this is the true music for the soul from the stars - there are both questions and answers to be found here
