(in my case hereditary systemic lupus) I've also downloaded Cronometer now. So far it looks to have even more helpful features than the tracking app I was previously using, so thanks for that too! Nice one. I found your channel a few years back, to learn how to properly sprout an avocado. I put it into practice a few times since, but didn't get a plant from it. Well a few months ago, I tried again, and I have a three foot tall plant now 😂

What you eat and do makes such a difference. Some antidepressants help with bone, muscle and nerve pain..especially Cymbalta, it's in a generic form so much more cost effective. Most take it in morning.....maybe research yourself. Some take in morning as it can keep you awake at night. Others take at night as others find it causes sleepiness. This med can help get off " pain" pills, narcotics that is. Our best to you and yours. Don't give up or give in.
Your videos weren’t coming up for me but that one did, I’d like some easy recipe ideas as you mentioned you had 30 different plants in your bowl but I don’t even think my local Aldi sell 30! 😂 they might of let people see it because of the plant based aspect, you know they don’t want us eating meat anymore for the carbon nonsense. ‘Let’s stop them eating meat and flying but we will keep out massive factories running’!! Looking forward to seeing more garden and food idea videos

I am vegan and recently had some blood test and the doctor was very happy to tell me all my blood test were perfect vitamin D - B and all the others. This meant a lot to me as people are always telling me I don’t eat properly. Huh well my bloods prove them wrong. I have been following you since i first started gardening January 2020. It's not just the shadow bans. Controversy and even outright wrong information are more valuable to them than positivity or actual education because they drive the most "engagement". The algorithm is designed to extract maximum views, shares and comments by any means necessary. (Except that nowadays, with artificial neural networks and reinforcement learning, algorithms are not really designed any more. You just give them a goal and some data and they design themselves. No one knows what they are doing in order to maximise the goal they have been given.)
