- The stand is very helpful during plasma cutting, you can cut small and large elements, thanks to the electric movement the cutting is much more accurate and faster than manual cutting. The mechanism is screwed, so it can be removed from the base at any time, so you can use the base itself for manual cutting, electrically powered plasma track
I build one of this router folowing your steps. The difference is a support to a circular saw and manual move (without electric motor) Thank you for the great idea!
A really great build! You design and workmanship are to be commended! Incredible!
Thank you :)
Parabéns irmão pelo trabalho!!!!👏🏼👏🏼
Ingenious, well thought out and inspiring. Well done and Thank you
Regards Dave
Thank you :)
Pretty impressive work, dude! Fantastic! 😮
Really well done!!! 😃
Thank you :)
Brother, you are a fabricating genius!!! Excellent build my friend.
👍Jay 👍 GREAT JOB!!!
Thank you very much :)
GREAT JOB!!!👍
Beautiful project!
Thank you :)
Perfect!!! Amazing job
Excelente trabajo amigo, lo felicito!!!
You did a nice job. It looks like you made it with a channel to hold water. I have a small CNC plasma cutter and I put a water table under it and the water really helps to keep the steel cool. I mostly work with thin steel. It looks like it will work great for straight line cutting. At first I did not know how you were doing the track and basically it is just like my machine. Good idea; I can not cut a straight line by hand even if I use a guide. It looks like it took some time to make and I hope that it will serve you for a long time to come. 😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😎
Great Job on the design and execution of your idea! I like the reused drill motor for the gantry drive. 😎😎😎
I could not be sure but did you make the speed adjustable to cut at the best speed for different thicknesses of metal?
Thank you. a rotation regulator is mounted, thanks to which I set the feed speed to the thickness of the material :)
Make the travel nut half cut, so you can move fast by hand to re-position. Overall: 9.9/10
Thank you for the advice :) Regards :)
Cool stuff! 👍
What gets me with all these wonderful projects is the high price of the material's used.
Just for a peace of 12x50x1meter 30 pounds.
Nice job.
HI GREAT WORK, but what is the little box you put in there to control the speed and direction, I love yours as it runs off 110v or 230 v
Exelente bro asi se hace esta a otro nivel sooooolo bueno te felicito buentoque
add another axis, sensors and make a cnc out of that! it looks awesome!
When it comes to CNC, I need to train myself a bit :) Thank you :)
I don't have words to express your talent. except awesome mate.
Thank you 😄
Great work, can you tell me whether you did anything beyond black spray paint on the rails to get that powder coated look?
Mass produce I'll buy it. Lol. Quality work. 👍
Thanks :)
Good job, would like to have one myself. Do you guess on were your cutting line is or have a measuring method.
Also a complete wiring diagram for the beginners.
I have to admit, it's better than mine :D
Thanks: D Your better ;)
workshop from scratch nice job it turned out great! I have also seen Made in Poland plasma track, good work. Now you guys probably have not seen my plasma track but it’s also pretty neat, I went with a different approach, it works more like a chop saw with a back stop, and instead of moving the metal you can just move the cutting head from 90 to 45 and you can also tilt the plasma head, I wired up limit switchs as well. The video is called DIY plasma torch cutting track 👍 I got a smaller channel so it’s not had many views over the last year. Thanks for posting and making cool videos guys!
Macie identyczny styl.
Nice idea and good work ! 👍 👍
Thank you 😁
One word says it all QUALITY 👍
Thank you 😁
Very nice. I think I would add some limit switches, but otherwise a very useful tool.
That is a great build excellent designing hands-down the best I’ve seen. Where did you get your threaded rod &And your guides?
How about on all of the electronics a full descriptive parts/item/manufacture/where purchased list?
do so please
Very creative work
👍👍👍
Thank you :)
@@WorkshopFromScratch
Just add 2 limit switch
👍👍
ten człowiek jest geniuszem!!
Dzięki 😁
Qué buena herramienta muy buena Saludos cordiales
Great idea thank you
Excellent for my idea.
How useful is a one axis cutting table? Ok, you can make straight cuts better then with oxy/ace.
But can you control a straight cut well, which ends in the material? Like the material has a width of 100cm and you only need a 20cm piece.
Good job 👏
Estimado espectacular su trabajo
Puede publicar las medidas atento a comentarios
Saludos
I admire people that can think something like this through and make it become a reality
Very neat great job
Nice work...very creative
Thank you :)
Only thing I would personally change is the all-thread and get more travel speed with less motor rpm. That rig could easily be cutting way faster.
Well done 👍☺️
Thanks :)
Keep Up The good work :-)
👍
Thank you for your great videos! Where do you got the thread rod, the bearings and the posthole driller? Cheers!!
Internet
Does it work with plasma cutters that don´t have pilot arch?
I assume this is a high frequency plasma cutter? I read somewhere that low frequency ones don't work with cnc's
I am impressed.
Thank you :)
Good job
Amazing
Good job .. i would like if you put the links of some items which you are using
Tem como compartilhar, as medidas do projeto, todo.
A real profesional, thanks !
Thank you :)
Witam,
a windshield wiper motor would work very well also, 5 amp pwm with reverse at amazon to control motor is less than $10.00 good vid thanx
What are the materials that you used and how did you do to make your lazer cut from that box and how did you connect it hehe
Do you design first or just improvise?
Good Luck bro
hi i want to do the same but have 18 volt motor from old dewalt can you say me what power controler motor power i need and what power supply 18 volt ? my tool have 250/300 watt ! thank you for answer !!
nice job
GOOD WORK
Very professional! Are you building these machines for your own shop or for resale? What country are you from? They are so professionally build and finished, all new material, wow!
Thank you :) I build machines because I like to build, and thanks to the UA-cam platform I can show you the whole construction process :)
Great stuff. I've never used plasma cutter before. What are the most used cases where you would use Plasma cutter more often?
Most metal that dan not be cut with Oxy/Acl gas for example stainless steel, copper, aluminium.
Can not
@@petrusliebenberg3915 thank you
So next step is CNC cutting machine :)
Excellent
Thanks:)
Muito bom.👍👍👍👍👍
I tried that slider style and it didn't work! The
1 1/4" x1 1/4" square tube was slightly too narrow for a tight fit between the bearings no matter what i did ? I used exactly what it looks like your using for all the material. Maybe your washers are thinner then mine which are 1/16" thick, but where whould i find thinner washers ive looked!?
You might try fender washers or shims....
Use linear rails and bearings ballscrews as well cheap on Bangkok ect.
Excelente
Do you have plans or drawings for this project? Like the cut list for the tubing and flat stock.
I have no plans, but when you decide to build, write to me and I will give you the dimensions :)
nice
Yep, that's good.
put a skill saw on it for wood ply
Ganz Genial !!!!!! einfach Klasse 👌👌😎👍👍👍👍😉
Danke :)
👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
No dobra robota 👌
Wow!! I understand most of the build but how are you turning on the torch ???
That's what he plugged in to the hand peice he bypasses the trigger and mounted the off on to the panel.
Correct me if I'm wrong please.🤔
