"Tunder" 5.45, that have random chance to appear in Sidrovich's inventory - but takes the trouble to obtain it. Because it never appears again, once you speak to Wolf after rescuing Nimble. For those who don't know, it's unique version of Groza that is modified to use ak's ammunition. Compared to the fast shooting akm - less accurate, but does a lot more damage. Basically option to get a sufficient gun early in game, that is potent enough to carry you all the way to endgame. I like GP-37. But it seems to quickly get less accurate and more prone to jamming, as its condition detoriates. As with the few other nato guns in game. Still, the scope carries it, as good option to get through the red forest.
My god, someone giving love to the Groza??? I never thought I'd see the day! While I do prefer the VAL (the Sniper VAL is my personal favorite in SoC) the Groza is definitely underrated, it carried my first playthrough and the 5.45 Groza can easily carry you through most of the game if you get it from Sidorovich at the start (I personally prefer getting it at the start over getting the Vintar at the start) I would argue the AK gets old after a while and there are better alternatives (Obokan and SGI 5K) but still a good pick!
I will give my weapon rating 5) rifled "SPAS" (can be found in a hiding place on Yantar, or a drop from the bandit "Kocherga") 4) GP37 3) Grom/Tunder 5.45 (with AK cartridge), you can either buy it from Sidorovich at the start of the game to borrow it from Dolg in the name of Baryn 2) Gaussrifle 1) "sniper VAL, which is given by Voronin in the queue of quests from Duty
To me, dedicated sniper rifles feel kinda superfluous in the STALKER trilogy. You can just slap a scope on an assault rifle (or get one with an integrated scope) and you're pretty much set. The increased accuracy and stopping power generally isn't worth the tradeoff of carrying two long guns and having to switch back and forth between them. The only exception is the Vintar, like you said, and even that is arguably more of an assault rifle than a sniper rifle, since it's fairly compact and fires in full-auto. There's also the Gauss rifle I guess, which trumps everything else by virtue of being an insta-kill hitscan weapon, but in all three games it's little more than an endgame gimmick toy. There IS a glitch in Call of Pripyat that lets you get the Gauss early, even at the very beginning of the game if you like, but it breaks the "Unidentified weapon" mission and therefore softlocks the main questline, meaning you can never complete the game afterwards.
Great video im currently nearing the end of my first play through and forget proper names sorry but the M4/16 special rifle with a built-in suppressor and slower fire rate is really working for me since i got it, and using armour piercing ammo is just the cherry on top but one thing I kinda iffy on about with this game all the guns are kinda so good i feel like im neglecting them even though its not that type of game anyway lol but i love the shotguns even if they are largely impractical? Might do a novice run after with that special spas 12 and the special ammos you can get? Is there one with a scope lol
Vintar's the best. You can reload fast, you can walk the rounds up someone's chest into their head. You can snipe, and you can stealth. And it doesn't matter what armour they have because this will pop their noggin
I cannot blame you at all for temporarily leaving Combat Master even if the Halloween update Part 2 shows up at the end of this month when Alfa Bravo said to Pickled Gamer in his latest videos that Season 3 might show up 1-2 weeks after the next update.
I'm not really familiar with the game shadow of chernoby but it looks great may even give it a try Also are you gonna make more of oder games content or cm content on this channel?
@Trauma.channel Ive restarted a few times and have settled on stalker difficulty even though ive studied that simple chart more then i needed to it does feel the most balanced oddly probably just a placebo effect lol and I'm curious sorry if a dumb question but is there actually any way of playing this without eventually somehow pissing of the military? Seems impossible and at some point you will fight them
Gauss Rifle is one of the worst gun in the game, yea the gun have the highest dmg and accuracy but you can only get that gun in one of the most elite monolith in pripyat and CNPP, that thing is heavy, alway on low durability, rare ammo and if you bring this in the the CNPP, you definitely will die before you can shoot one and then 10 more monolith with SPAS and tunder
I've never played any stalker game before Can you tell me which one will be the best for noobs like me? I'm not much into survival shooters but this seems like it
If you're looking for a good story campaign, play Shadow of Chornobyl. If you're looking for the most complete and polished game in the series, play Call of Pripyat. If you're looking for cock-and-ball torture in videogame form, play Clear Sky.
@@Rafay_qayyum if you want to experience the whole story, chronologically you need to play cs, soc and cop last. Based on release play soc, cs and then cop.

Nothing can beat my Fortnite-17 pistol (it jammed 4 times)
Hahahha
So fanny😬😑
I remember the first time I beat SoC I did so with no armor many many medkits, bandages, and bread, and a single AK74 with like 1000 rounds of ammo
I've never heard of this game it looks cool
Vintar BC for me is the best, every playthrough I go and get it from the Army Warehouses and turn the game into a point and click adventure lol.

Tunder S14 is kinda broken, if ur accuracy is good.
Great video but you made me realise i sold most of the best guns like the faster fire ak and kept getting l85 and ammo 😂
😂
