Alka Yagnik, renowned singer and stage performer, recently brought attention to an unknown viral attack affecting her ears. As head of the ENT department at the End Science Hospital, Professor, she explained that while it is common for ears to feel pressurized after a flight, this sensation typically lasts only for a short period.
However, prolonged issues may indicate an underlying medical condition or persistent ailment. Yagnik emphasized that her extensive use of earphones and headphones during performances, amidst loud music, has potentially contributed to her hearing loss. She stressed the dual impact of technology in both benefiting and harming, particularly highlighting the risk of hearing loss due to prolonged exposure to loud music and technology-related devices.
Yagnik urged caution and recommended minimizing the use of headphones and earphones, especially during loud music performances, to mitigate the risk of hearing loss. She clarified that while viral infections can affect the delicate ear structures, thorough medical evaluation is essential to determine the extent of damage and appropriate treatment.

What Dr said is absolutely correct..it's because of headphone which induces magnetic friction during use..causes inflammation in deepveins causes hearing loss....

It's never ever because of headphones it's because of a viral attack or may be side effect of any medicine, reason is still not clear and the sad part is there is no cure as both the nerves of inner membrane are blocked so no operation and machine can cure it. A continuous tinnitus sound in that affected ear and virtigo means loss of balance comes with this prob. I am facing the same prob
