Both of them are well experienced and they are really good during night landing. The ILS has activated in a pragmatic view on the final approach before touch down. Beautiful and steady!
She landed with the assistance of autothust and ILS. Let's call them experienced when they can fly MANUALLY. Meaning autothrust off, flight directors off, and anything that includes "auto" off. Just them at one with the plane

Great job ladies. It must be a difficult job for both pilots and ATC in this area as you have HK, Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Zhuhai and Macau airports all within about 150k. Their protocols must be very good.

Why even focus on the gender aspect? If they can do the job who cares if they are man or woman, being responsible for the lives on that airplane and being skilled enough to get them to their destination safely is a priceless accomplishment. Jobs should not be about male or female, and grnder should never be the basis for hiring anyone, it should be about who has the skills to do the job at hand.
They are precious in the industry, if they have kids it’s almost impossible that dad take full care of children, it’s always mom have to pause their career.
If you are talking about skills, men tend to be stronger, faster, and better drivers. So purely on skills, choosing a male would be better. We have to recognize and appreciate genders because a team consisting of just males would be weak on skills women are stronger at which compliment those required for flying. Men and women bring different traits to the job so they so provide a more well-rounded solution to problems when working together.
This is interesting. I have flown Japan airlines many times. They always have at least one female trainee with a male japanese to overwatch. Philippines Airlines are a good. United Airlines and Northwest Airlines.

That they managed to reach this level of professional competence in male dominant China means they are sharp pilots. I would be happy to ride with them.
The only criticism I make is that they are heads down 99.9% of the time. This has nothing to do with their being women pilots. In a nation of prisoners there are not thousands of privately flown airplanes out there smashing bugs. Chinese airline pilots would develop different habits flying into major airports in the USA. I did notice the CCC handler watched them like a hawk.
