I live in Buffalo also and just drove my family straight through to Fort Myers in about 23 hours roughly. Not a bad drive if you have someone helping drive. Glad you guys made it safe! Not looking forward to the drive home on Thursday ☹️
Live near Sharon/Hermitage Pennsylvania area. I drove straight through to Ft.Pierce in 18 hrs. It was 1170.0 miles to be exact. Coming back was rough, ideally I wouldve like to have gotten more rest but we had jobs to return to.
I live in Buffalo NY. We drive down to Vero Beach, Florida at least twice a year. The 19+ hour car ride isn't that bad except when you reach the Jacksonville area. It can be a pain getting through there. It took me about three hours just to get out of that area. Of course we got into Jacksonville and I-95 during rush hour traffic.
Yes. We stoped to go to the bathroom and eat at cracker barrel, door to door It was 26 hrs to Marco Island. I personally drove for about 19 hrs and the girls drove a bit here and there so I could nap.
I’v done this trip many times. Now Google maps gives you 3 choices. How did you pick your route. I hate big cities with their 6 lane roads. Google maps has been acting strange and I don’t trust it like I used to.

I did the drive solo just few days ago and i did few stops just to rest and stretch, its not bad at all even doing it alone since my girl doesn’t drive
Its a 26 Hr drive. We di it with no hotel and no sleep.For your entertainment, next time we will pee our pants and try to refuel the car on the go with gas cans. Thanks for the feedback we are always trying to make better movies.

Totally worth watching the weather go from snow to beautiful sunshine in 24 hrs.
