IMPRESSION: 1. L5-S1 intervertebral disc narrowing and spondylosis. 2. Lower lumbar facet joint degeneration. This impression note was on my x ray. How bad is this and could be the reason for my not flexibility on my left foot?
I fell sitting down and fractured my left ankle last year and I have had two surgeries on my ankle, one for arthrodesis and another for ligament repair and my foot still cannot walk on tiptoe and on my heels.
Thank you so much for the video dear Gibbons, lovely voice from best teacher , short , clear and understandable.

I don't have any flexibility on my left foot, and i have numbness on my left side. Could be a s1 root damage??
S1 will give you weakness pointing toes (plantar flexion) and turning your foot outwards (eversion) rather than lack of flexibility - regards JG
