Thanks for this video. I looked everywhere for how to clean this particular machine. Ive just done it and the filter was full of hair and gunk. After a 90 degree drum cleaning wash its as fresh as the day i got it ❤

I can't thank you enough for this step by step guide. We recently returned to our house which we rented out for 6 years and whilst the machine functions perfectly, the clothes after washing was mouldy. I found the filter box and noticed that inside the inner cover is very very merky and the grooves need cleaning which I was about to tackle before I found this video about removing the filter cup, I didn't even know that this part existed. The amount of grime in the filter box is shocking. Is there a replacement that I can order?
And how best to clean the inner door of the blue section???

It appears our filter is pretty clogged with limescale as can’t get it out of its place, any tips?
Try running a washing machine cleaner in it. Selecting cotton 90'c. And pour the washer cleaner into the drawer as it fills with water. (So the cleaner isn't immediately drained out on starting the cycle)
this is exactly the same as my Simpson Ezisensor 7kg Washing machine. I have a water leak coming from underneath my machine, and I have noticed that my filter is the same as this video (seems to sit in a pool of water). Anything else you can recommend checking?
Dad and I Took the back cover off, checked the internals all looked fine, then we took the top cover off and ran the machine on a cycle. water appeared half way into the cycle (during agitation). seemed to be coming from the left hand side of the machine. I did remove the dispenser draw and thoroughly clean that. I also cleaned the drum filter at the same time. I also placed some papertowel under the draw to check for water leaks. I do have a slightly damaged door bellow (about a 5 cm tear), I am thinking the leak could be coming from there. Unfortunately the Machine only has a two year warranty, and mine is now about 4 years old. Apart from the leak underneath the machine, it works perfectly.
What to do when you have on the bottom of the filter “tank” a stinky water?
Put it on a 95 c° cycle whitout clothes, whit some washing machine cleaner.

I'm having trouble with my Zanussi, it kept going on 1 minute everytime I try to start a wash, and never really starts any wash.. any idea how to troubleshoot?
I'm very new to living on my own and when I open up the blue thing to acsess the filter there water in there is this normal?/how do I fix it 😂
My mother has the same machine. Suddinly it stopped in the middle of a program and it refused to start again. To my surprise the coin trap was half destroyed. The top of the center part of the coin trap was gone and I found a couple of broken pieces of it on the bottom of it. That blue valve in the middle of the coin trap had vanished without a trace. I guess something must have destroyed the coin trap violently, since the plastic is very hard to break. Probably the pump was not able to digest those broken pieces. I expect the pump to be broken also.
Pump should be fine. Either a coin (ironically). Has got caught between the drum and top of the filter during spin. Or the drum spider has snapped?.

How do you clean inside the draw ( in the actual machine when you pull the draw out)? I've all black stuff up the top and I cant get it out 😭
Pull drawer and Press the Tab that says push, then pull Till the drawer Comes out

Hi, do you know how the Lindo300 Zanussi can be clean if there are no filter please? Thanks as I see some bad smell when I I start the machine for new wash.
Clean the rubbers, Doors and the detergent drawer, then run hottest cycle with a dishwasher tablet or Some bleach

There is no filter that can be removed on this model. Mabey a blue lifter. But it's just a blue lifter on this model.

Try running a empty cotton 90'c cycle with a citric acid based cleaner. It will still drain hopefully and help free up the filter.
