  • Here is how you convert Death Stranding (PS4) animations using ID-Daemon's tool!
    I recommend you to take a look at ID-Daemon's UA-cam channel:

    With Death Stranding arriving on PC, it should be really interesting to modify and export content from the game!

      Yes,
      I can already say humans animations can be swap, I tested Sam anims with Cliff model and it worked.
      The files structure should make models swap easier but we'll see...

    can you please please get me Sam's animations folder? I don't have the game yet but I'm interested in his animations.

    were any solutions found to extract sound files from the game files on pc? because the game uses an double encryption method, in the form of bnk files housing core files

      RavioliGameTools or Dragon UnPACKer, I don't remember wich one to use

      @@trikzme if with dragon unpacker you mean hyperripper, then no, i tried with halo infinite previously, and it failed, tested it out now and failed too, always get error on each extracted file, even on audacity, tried an sound as an test for raw data import and the result is just static, though i did find out they are wem files as i expected, since i noticed wwise references on the game files
      ravioli did work though, so, its very nice that i found an replacement for hyperripper, who has proven more than once to be an unreliable tool (hell it lied to me the same times by insisting the files of those games are wav files, when they are actually wem files, aka wwise audio files, an format i already hate because i have to reconvert the audio files every single time with audacity to make them playable outside it)

    hello by chance you have the tools to extract metal gear solid 3 models and ps3 textures, I can't find it anywhere

      @@trikzme thanks a lot. one more question and I'm done, can you run metal gear online in ninja ripper?
      I tried to do it but it goes into black screen.
      I was able to run the separate mgo using the shortcut using the / appdata, I don't know if the same can be done with the ninja ripper

      @@ex_daniel_9770 I don't think it's possible to ripp from Online and I think proper tools will always give you a better result anyway.

    what is inside res.txt
    where do you get that from

      The res.txt is for the PS4 version of the game and it's generated by ID-Daemon's tool on the first run.
      It contains filenames strings.
      The Jayveer's tool for the PC version can also generate a files list but it's not needed.

      No, there is currently no tools for the PC version.
      But the PS4 textures are exactly the same as the PC one so I guess it should be the same for the 3D models
