I'll never understand how people comment on these videos saying a chef doesn't know how to cook or added "too much of something" especially when they've never had the dish prepared in the video. He's obviously featured on munchies for a reason so let that boy cook

jurrasics right? I mean unless he's putting the damn squid in coffee that would understandably prompt people to freak out. But other than that, it's *his* food. You can go ahead and put whatever and however much ya want in something if you're the one eating it. People are entitled to their opinion duh but it's something that I hear a lot of as well

Ive eaten at a French bistro only once. I remember my date ordered for me the duck, exciting I thought and the waiter insisted I compliment it with a glass of red. I dont drink ever but whos going to turn down a 22$ damn dollar glass of fancy french wine? Look here, in NYC you have every type of food from the world over, trying new cuisines since childhood like many others I'm sure, definitely refined my pallette. That mattered not though. This duck was so incredibly foul, rancid even oh yuck even thinking about the taste gives me a visceral reaction. Oh my gosh. I wish i could remember the exact name of the dish, ugh alls I knew was that this was so expensive for him and I wasn't going to be ungrateful, I will enjoy the conversation and I will eat this, so I took bites and drank wine in between bites, thought I had the situation under control. The wine and that duck combined, the smell, the awfultaste and even the slimy texture, all of it disgusting. Eventually I had to excuse myself to throw up! Twice! My date was kind but that meal put me off of French food ever since tsk tsk. Almost a decade later and I'm ready to conquer some proper authentic delicious cuisine from Old Pari/s. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated!!! Cool video Munchies, great job :)
