Wow! Its amazing what money can do. Android screens in the bathroom, digital toilet seats. Great although I feel that its too big with very many open rectangular spaces like an office set-up, the toilet in the Guest room on top isn't enclosed in its cubicle, Since when did we have an open plan toilet? Lacks the cosy, homeliness effect, It feels as though one's movement in upper floors with glass floors and walls require one to be very careful, cautious and wary. Here, you can really be lonely when alone or less than 5 people. Otherwise great contemporary architecture, amazing driveway into the property, Beautiful front and back elevation!

This home looks amazing, and RICH. The choices for flooring and tiles and all the finishings is luxurious. This home in my eyes supersedes the “mega mansion” by fine urban interiors. The only thing I didn’t like was the guest toilet on the top floor doesn’t have a door, but that can easily be installed at a later date. It’s funny how a whole room is for a private barber/salon, yet it only takes up one little corner lol. There is so much space in this house (dare I say too much?), it would be interesting to see how the owners will utilize it all.

Finally part 2 of the World Class Hotel/ Mega Mansion,.....i luv everything in this Mansion so spacious from exterior to interior the finishing is at a very high level, the large windows look really attractive without grills👍🏾👍🏾👌🏾👌🏾 😍😍😍😍😍

I’d be definitely interested in floor plan, GIA & overall plot size @ £4.79M price point I’d be expecting 1.2K-2k sqm GIA, Not familiar with the area but on a plot size 4.1K sqm+ otherwise very overpriced but well shot. Big space doesn’t = luxury unless it’s flows properly, plus top materials/quality craftsmanship. Proximity to neighbouring properties? Top floor very concerned about moisture/floor material choices in that pool area in/out door living area + given the pool size why such a tiny jacuzzi bath & a not tub? Just need a re-edit to highlight end2end room flow & a circular way point drone shot of hse/plot

Had to watch till the end to comment,I like the upper level compared to the lower part, love the sky light,I like that it's not just the master with a bathtub as is the norm in most homes, however I wish they used lighter colored tiles in the bathrooms as those ones installed make it looks dark/gloomy ,or at least they would have contrasted them on the opposite wall,I like the salon the walk in closet is absolutely gorgeous now that's a TRUE one sio mwitu😜😜.the elevator is extra but a nice touch of luxury for all the millions their charging 👏👏the jacuzzi outside the terrace is everything plus it has privacy ..I could go and on but... anyway thank you for the great job you always deliver

Beautiful house. They should have dedicated a room to laundry and also this house needs a top notch wellness wing. With sauna and stream. The top flour has so much space not to include them and for that price for the house… Also the master bathroom should have had marble. I hope the backyard grass looks better over time. Also they should have used different kinds of lights. They are beautiful but some don’t suit specific rooms.
