Great work as always some beautiful properties here in the last few vlogs.I always wonder why these houses are so expensive apart from locations but today i just realized.I had never hard of gaggenau appliances and on looking up the prices am shocked to say the least that kitchen alone maybe upwards of 50,000$ considering a fridge by gaggenau starts at 17000$ and the other appliances are also very expensive.I can't even begin to imagine the cost of the smart home systems themseleves.I always thought they were overpriced but damn they are trully value for the money considering alll the finishes and great design work

It’s such a feat to be able to showcase such houses/homes here in Kenya. My concern is; sometimes when watching such videos some people would like to know the details, like the door what kind of wood, the tiles what kind, the glass is is tempered, the switches (which most are way out of the ones we are used to), shower heads, table tops, I mean like those necessary details not saying “As you can see this is a beautiful big door next to me” coz we won’t last a minute here honestly; also do you have contacts to the architect what do they have to say, do the houses have agents, listers, if you do, do they have anything to add on to it, something we don’t know about the house? All in all you open us to a world we only see thousands of miles away, thank you for bringing it home 😎😎

Normally I'd campaign for living in an own compound for that price range but I love this home. It's really nice to have neighbors and a neighborhood ☺️

The first time that I have not complained about the closet space and bathroom. I don't much care for mega mansions, but this is perhaps the only Kenyan property that has exceptional design.

haha but clearly if you can afford a quarter of a billion shillings for the house furniture would be like pocket change. my qsn is and alwasy will be who buys these homes aside from indian industrialists who else buys such homes? what jobs or businesses are they in? and if they are buying this home they must have been living in another equally majestic home. is it the old money guys? and no I dont think this is in the range of the wash wash guys, its out of their range. i wish one day i get to meet an owner of these spring vally and lower kabete houses just for some life skills.

The house is magnificent, shouts class and aura, everything about it is top notch. Though for 250 Mil you would expect to have a swimming pool. Plus it seems like an open townhouse rather than closed with your own gate. For 250 Mill you would expect to have you own gate and not brush shoulders with your neighbors... pov: even if the listing and selling agent get 1% sale commission of the house thats a split of 0.5% each, they will each walk home with 1.25m each before taxes. yes this is how much this house is worth. my friends money is the 6th sense without money you are as good as handicapped, get money.

I recently went to view this house courtesy of a friend who works there. Out of 9 units 8 have been sold already! But for 250 mil the compound is a bit small and no swimming pool. Great video again from Priter homes

Looks beautiful. One thing I have noted with these kind of houses on KE is the number of sockets and switches on walls. These seem to be over the top… too many….Being in the smart home era and at that price point and also seeing that this is advertised as fully automated…Good automation practice for lights would actually have one switch operating close to 30 Loads… This is a minor detail but I just felt needed to point that out…. Otherwise well done.
Thanks for your feedback on this property. I don't mean to challenge your intelligence but think of this. What if there is a breakdown and the system cannot work ? That means everything has to go at a stand still right?
We need to have a backup plan for such instances that's what we had to bring the manual aspect.
Even houses are built and we have kplc on board, solar power and some go to extents of installing Inverters. Nothing is reliable 100% in this world 🌎. You got to have an alternative
Not really. The more the sockets the better. Despite the automation, it is always advantageous to have a backup manual system. Remember smart technology is highly dependent on the internet, and regardless of the how sophisticated the house is, it is still located in a third world country. Things such as blackouts and network disruptions are very common. Imagine not being able to turn on the lights because Faiba or some other internet provider is experiencing disruptions.
I must confess I was confused for the most part of the video😂, it all made sense after you got to the ground floor... its beautiful, beyond my imagination
