Is this from the cold of the fridge and will become more runny once it warms up to room temp? Or if not, can I just add some water to it to make it more runny? Thank you

Absolutely gorgeous! I love raspberry in Anything and everything. I've made so many raspberry desserts and cake before but never with white chocolate so i'll definitely need to try that asap :)
It's lovely and I'm sure also delicious... but if you'd done a buttercream dam/ring around the outside of your filling layers the raspberry jam wouldn't be seeping out.

See how she pushed it down to get out trapped air? That is probably what happened...air that is trapped between layers pushing its way out of the frosting at room temp.
This is not a proper white chocolate raspberry cake. Its just raspberry jam and white chocolate buttercream. A proper cake would have the white chocolate and raspberry's in the cake.
