I love jans, Gigi’s, jada’s, and crystals. Jans talented singing, dancing, and she looked a lot like young Madonna. Gigi surprised us, she said herself this was not her kind of thing so when she did THAT it was great. Jada brought this sexiness that was groovy (tbh it made me feel some kind of way 🥴), Crystal was extra she was herself, Madonna, mixed together but also elevated to 100%.
Jan didn't stood up in the workroom, she let herself be assigned the uninteresting part of Mdna, the beginning of her career. Combined with the fact that she was the first to perform which made the judges kinda forget her performance at the end by being overshadowed by other girls... I can see why she didn't win this. She did her best though. The best were Jan (really did her homework and didn't mess up a thing), Gigi (embodied Mdna the most), Crystal (looooooved it) and Jaida (that sexiness, omg). Let's be honest, Jackie was saved by the runway look, otherwise she would've been in the bottom, instead of Heidi.

jeanette Dunphy Sherrys part was included on tv, the owner of this Channel cut her out. But sherry’s part was really boring anyway, there was almost no dancing and sherry also seemed like an old lady (again)

I believe everyone performed really well and this is definitely the best rusical by far. Even those that ranked low did a great job, Heidi didn’t deserve to lipsync, she was just good out of a great bunch and had Madonna’s worst era. Even Brita performed well. She forgot some choreography and seemed a little nervous but she did emulate the energy and joy of the song. In any other cast she and Heidi may have ranked safe or even high
here’s the thing about rusicals, they are well over produced, meaning the very things these girls are about to perform were already written, styled, and choreographed for them, snd sometimes it gives them the benefit, and sometimes otherwise. so in this challenge, if the producers really are creating a story arc, and rooting for someone to win or lose, they would do it in a drop of a hat.
I would be hard pressed to argue that the producers aren't intentionally meddling with the story-line to set up a win for somebody they favour. There will always be better produced roles with catchier hooks and flattering imagery. It comes down to two things - pure luck and talent.
I really love Gigis part so much! She really gave me goosebumps and I have to watch it over and over again. It's like she captured the struggles and ambition of a woman in the industry. She should have won this season...
