    Talent is what draws the attention of NFL scouts, not location of the talent. When more 5 star athletes go to HBCU, the NFL will follow them there. Pro teams eyes are where the talent is. More young men are waking up to this fact.

      @@jedimasterbones Funny how black athletes use to be banned from attending PWI schools now all of a sudden they're considered trash as soon as they decide to attend a school they were only allowed to attend years ago. If a 4 or 5 star black athlete chooses to attend a school him and his family feel that he'll be better suited for, for other reasons than athletics, he and the HCBU he chose to attend is bashed. It's too late brother, Deion has changed college football forever. In fact, more guys like Deion are soon to follow in his footsteps. What you missed is that Coach Harbaugh, who also changed college football, and Coach Prime are the same guy. Now the flood gates are open as colleges can hire as many coaches as they like. Here comes all of the hall famers to coach college and NFL teams. Just like Jimmy the Greek said predicted, with a little twist as all of the formers NFL will be getting in on the act. I love it. I don’t think choosing to go to JSU was a bad decision. I think not choosing to continue to partner with his QB who he had crazy chemistry with hurted him to start over with a QB who probably wasn’t on Shedeur level and definitely didn’t have the same chemistry. But that’s my opinion.

    He actually had a good season at Jackson State. That wasn't a mistake any more than Travis Hunter who went to Jackson State and became a household name.
    1)The better argument or perspective is that he made a mistake in LEAVING JSU for Louisville.
    2) Your argument or perspective seem full of bias and ignorance and very much lacking in logic. As you never mention the FACT that hundreds of 4&5 star players go to Bama, Auburn, LSU, MS st, Ole Miss and are NEVER heard from again. Promising career in a Houdini trick.
    3)Keon was a 4 star at the time of his commitment to JSU
    4)It certainly appears that your intent is to smear JSU/HBCUs more so than to report on a player. Afterall, no mention of new team adjustments, sophomore "jinx", different team offensive concept.

    This video has zero credibility there have been plenty of athletes who have went on to go pro from their prospective sport. And the year Kevin Coleman was at JSU he was being coached by former NFL players and coaches. A players career is on the player.

    Both James Houston & Isaiah Bolden were both drafted from Jackson State so this lie will not go the way that you think. You also forget that both Travis Hunter jr & Shedeur Sanders also played at Jackson State & it didn't hurt them in any way, shape or form & the fact you failed to do your research on this fully before making this video will just show people your ( bias ) vs the Reality of what things are based on facts alone. People will speak to Kevin himself & I guarantee you that it won't align with your opinion. You also stated that Louisville held him back but failed to put that in the title of this video.

      Nothing wrong with either but if you went to an HBCU to learn more about your culture then Colorado is not the place to do that.

    For the record, your opinion sucks… Deion was and is an established coach at JSU, and the big mistake he may have made is not follow the hype train when it left JSU. Yet still he has great possibility of going pro regardless of him playing for JSU. Although only one player was drafted in the NFL from JSU for 2023, JSU has produced multiple pro football players to include several Hall of Famers. Personally I’m not a huge 5 star fan anyways, I prefer 3 & some 4 stars. Stars in High School are over rated anyways, especially since the NIL.

    • @EyeOfTheWatcher
      @EyeOfTheWatcher 3 місяці тому

      The formula for FCS players to get draft in the first 3 rounds of the draft is simple, dominated against all. If I am not mistake JSU did have one to two players that was drafted in the first round in the 2000s.

    This channel is looking for clicks. Why am in saying that? The content creator keeps repeating that this video is not hating on Jackson State - that’s gonna generate clicks.
    The NFL finds talent wherever the talent is. So as the video goes - nothing to see here.
