I was interested in buying this because it had good reputation and "made in USA", but it has Toluene that can cause cancer. Do they make any travel kennels without this product?

According to the state of California, EVERYTHING used to get through the day causes cancer, so...P65 labels on life. Unfortunately, you'll have to check with each individual manufacturer.
