Another reason it was almost canceled is because of the death of Kevin Conroy, as he was originally supposed to voice Batman again in this cartoon.

Look I don’t wanna be negative because I’m really excited about the show. I loved Batman the animated series, but wouldn’t make more sense. Wouldn’t it be cooler to have a show about Batman? That’s focussing on the modern day of the classic version like is it just me or does anyone else want to see a show with Batman high-tech gadgets and stuff like he had in the Arkham games but as a TV show? I don’t know maybe it’s just me.

I'm super excited for this one, being a fan of the 1992 Batman Animated Series! 1999 Batman Beyond and 2004 The Batman wasn't bad either.

JJ Abrams is the only concerning thing in this whole project, he is a con artist in Hollywood, he ruined the Star Trek franchise with the 12% difference rule. Every franchise he touches dies.

The most likely option would be John Dimaggio. He voiced Joker in Under the Red Hood.

@@user-vx6gs1ci1h Bruce Timm created the character in the 90s and it was his idea to make these current changes. He has the right to do whatever he wants.
@@alecaquino4306 I would argue against that. After such a period of time, a piece of media, i wouldn't really say art, stops being the sole ownership of the creator; it has entered the more general idea pool. Now, it's an interpretation and can no longer be judged as anything but.
