Strawberry Jell-O Rhubarb Cake Easy and Oh So GOOD

A recipe from my childhood that my mom used to make. It was always a sure sign that spring was here. The rhubarb and the strawberry jell-o meld together to form the perfect combination of tart and sweet. This is sure to get you compliments. Be careful though, you might find yourself baking this often.
