My brother went through 8 different heart surgeries in his life and he's doing pretty well. As long as he doesn't get in a fight or do full contact sports. I recently showed him how to live a bit more healthy and give him a bit more of a harder time since he got spoilt a bit as a kid. I really want him to do good. He got 3 bypasses, 3 stent replacements (1 kid version, 1 teen version, 1 adult version), artery expansion via microscopic spring (the one that could break from full contact sport, and did break once without him realising it). Depending on the condition of your heart, as long as you see the right professionals, do checkups and you are aware of your actions and what's happening around you, then you should be good.

It's not until we ourselves go through some testing times in our lives that we learn to empathize with that of others. The last year and a half has been exactly that for me. Dealing with a series of undiagnosed health issues, I find myself in a lot of pain wondering when I'll be able to feel normal again. We try to stay strong for as long as we can until the day comes when we just break down and fall apart. I'm hurting and crying my heart out as I type this. However, I know that everyone is going through something difficult in their lives and that we're in this together. There are good people out there who care about you and will be there to help you through it all. Nothing lasts forever and this too shall pass. We keep moving forward, together. I'm a simple girl. I see one of your mixes I click. Just wanted to say a quick thank you. Your videos connected me with songs and artists when I needed it the most. Music is where I gather my strength and remember I'm not alone. I'm 16 now, and my life hit its hardest point three years ago when three of my classmates who I was very close with committed suicide all with in the same month. No connections between the three, they all just happened to be in a hard place. Suicide is never the answer, I sadly learned that when I was far too young. You helped give me strength. So thank you for helping a stranger these past few years.

Two months ago my father passed away, been fairly emotionally distant just handling things. Due to circumstances I've yet to visit the estate, ended up getting some pictures today of three pictures of myself ontop of a nightstand earlier and by chance I ended up here via autoplay around the same time... Feeling pretty emotional right now, all the good memories coming back to me. Great set of songs sheepy, appreciate it.
I lost my mom in August, and I cry today like it happened a hour ago . Even with a far from perfect relationship, experienced more outs than ins. Still everytime I try to envision my life without her it's unbearable. So I can empathize with your pain. I think they unintentionally take a piece of us with them when they pass. Its so soothing...to listen too because, I'm embellished to the person I love...the me I want to be permanently, while I live every day with the person I loath the most... myself. Really dont know where to let my emotions right now, I just dont have that friend you can trust to tell all ur problems. I just feel bad whenever I talk about my emotions. It's been 2 years since Im in this loop of thought where I just keep thinking about school (spain, last year of hishschool) and how useless it is for my current self since I dont know which career to pursue. I have been a good student all my life, because I was afraid of failure and to disappoint my parents. But once I reach where I am now I feel completely terrible even if I had a good school life. Sometimes I just think about dropping out, but even that doesnt seem like an option, I dont hace a place to go in this society where all depends of your education. I thought about getting into programing so I can archieve a stable career but I just doubt if I can actually so it or if the aources that Im looking at are legit. Youre young! You have sooo many years ahead of you. Im 26 now and when I was 18 I could never have imagined I would be doing what I'm doing now. You can have 5 careers in your lifetime if you choose to do it that way. Don't let anyone define the rules for how your life is "supposed" to be!! ❤ Take time to learn about the world and discover beliefs and passions you didn't even know you had. Future you is okay, just take it one day at a time until you get there
My two cents... if you have a small interest in programming, fix an amount of time to try it (say 2 hrs) and don’t be afraid if you don’t like it in the end. There’s so much cool stuff you can learn to do past high school. Life simply gets easier when you have tools like programming, or good maths or writing skills from school, and the more tools you create now, the more choice you get towards that stable income you mentioned... plus things can change so fast sometimes pivoting can be handy :) P.s. start with Python if you haven’t played with anything so far, maybe make a clock or a little game. After that you’ll know if you wanna continue and perhaps what you want to build next!

This playlist is amazing, I heard it for the first time when I started learning about spirituality, reading books about pranic healing and finally understanding my purpose in life. Shortly after my father had a sudden illness and passed away, I saw everything happen in front of me and I took the following moments on automatic, a day or two later I looked for a person who could guide his conscience and yes, that person found me and not the other way around, everything was so magical, with so many details that no charlatan could acquire in a few hours, and everything came from the good will of this person (for free) who lived on the other side of the world. Nowadays I listen to this playlist as I continue to learn about spirituality and try to develop myself more and more so that one day maybe I can help other people like this person helped me and my family, maybe not in the same way, but in many other ways. I'm grateful for everything! (This all happened 3 years ago)

When I listen to this music I just imagine sitting under a tree with the cool wind blowing, and staring at the green fields of never ending land. I don't know how to explain it but I imagine myself in a place where I am at peace. There is really green grass with beautiful colorful flowers.

This playlist is amazing, I heard it for the first time when I started learning about spirituality, reading books about pranic healing and finally understanding my purpose in life. Shortly after my father had a sudden illness and passed away, I saw everything happen in front of me and I took the following moments on automatic, a day or two later I looked for a person who could guide his conscience and yes, that person found me and not the other way around, everything was so magical, with so many details that no charlatan could acquire in a few hours, and everything came from the good will of this person (for free) who lived on the other side of the world. Nowadays I listen to this playlist as I continue to learn about spirituality and try to develop myself more and more so that one day maybe I can help other people like this person helped me and my family, maybe not in the same way, but in many other ways. I'm grateful for everything! (This all happened 3 years ago)

When I listen to this music I just imagine sitting under a tree with the cool wind blowing, and staring at the green fields of never ending land. I don't know how to explain it but I imagine myself in a place where I am at peace. There is really green grass with beautiful colorful flowers.

Chillstep and mixes like this have probably saved my life and mental state from totally breaking down completely many times..💜💙 nobody around me understands my love for It but it's amazing to come here and see other people who get the same feelings from this beautiful art ❤️🥰 it just makes me think of every happy moment, sad moment that I can reflect on and bring happiness from it, and just nostalgic emotional moment in my life.
