I have a question about the show. It looks like they resemble Germany during world war but I can't tell if it's resembling WW1 or WW2, can someone who watches the show please explain thank you.
It's an alternate earth where magic exists, and outside forces are interfering. So it's not completely analogous to real history, but the countries' borders, cultures, and certain events are similar. It's sort of set in the lead up to WWI, but technology is advancing more rapidly than real history, so you'll see some WWII tech before the US, Russia, or Britain even officially join the first world war. The show walks the line between dark comedy, brutal realism, and fun fantasy. If you like war movies or get the in-jokes of military life from experience, you'll love it. I'm probably under selling it, but it is really a very good series, and really well animated.

I'll be honest with you, you either have very damaged ears or really need a new set of speakers or headphones, playing it at 1.5x completely destroys the pacing, cuts of notes every second and other such things, maybe playing it at 1.5x with a higher bitrate than YT support sounds fine, but this video certainly does not

And that this anime is about Tanya the Evil, literally in the title. It doesn't fit with the amv. And since elements of both world wars are present within the anime, it is possible that this is the Wehrmacht but since we're never given an official answer on whether it is or isn't we can only speculate.
I find it amusing you see no parallels between Tanya and Pilecki, or at least enough that the song works for her. Yes, she's a murderous bastard, but so's everyone who fought to someone.

Very similar. Go back to Twitter where you don't need to think. The only parallel that even remotely exists is that Tanya was willing to do horrible things to keep worse things from happening, while Pilecki was willing to die to expose the horrible things that had already happened.

Military Anime and Sabaton go together like bread and butter. . They even got one of their songs to be used as the soundtrack for one of the games in the "Total War" franchise.
