I always start relaxed and then at the middle/end of each session my forehand gets weak/stiff/tired, but my two handed backhand is always the same. Tips? MAbye use my left are to holder the racket longer before hitting to release to weight from the right arm?
Thanks for the comment! Good question. Maybe use your non dominant hand more to support the racquet longer so your dominant hand can rest more. It can be also technique which causes you to feel tired. Which shot is your strength is it your forehand or backhand. Maybe you hit tons of forehands and eventually you get tired. I guess your backhand biomechanics are better and you make the ball fly more easily with the backhand.
@@RaulRander When i play my absolute best its my forehand, but my backhand is good almost every session. Yes, think i may have to use my non dominant hand more. Its funny because my backhand was very bad, but my forehand became bad suddenly 2.3 years ago and because of it my backhand improved ALOT haha. wish it was more balanced tough...
@@Mauruud for some reason i bet you have two handed backhand and it`s more consistent overall. Maybe you try new things with the forehand to improve it but somehow they don`t work as much as you would want.
@@RaulRander Yes im currently trying to play looser, (That why i got this video recomended i guess) because i think i hold back and dont hit trough the swing. Sometimes it works very good, but sometimes i can hit the ball in the wall behind. So it can be very good, but its very up and down
Definitely, hitting the ball in a RELAXED way it's so enjoyable 😊 Almost in every forehand i finish the shot holding the racquet with 4 fingers (letting go of my pinky finger) By doing that i FEEL more relaxed. Same goes with the serve. After each serve(kick, flat, slice) i let go of my pinky finger to relax my grip and hand helping me to not getting tired too fast 😂
My problem is my 8 equals a regular 4 in my 0-10 scale. My 10 is not super strong as you can tells. Therefore 0-10 my grip is 8 but my nails not going Whyte yet 😂
Try different grip pressures and find out what works best for you. Hold it just firm enough to have complete control over your shots. Hitting the ball with loose grip(not too loose) gives you a lot of fun feeling emotions and it's injury free as well.
My left ear just got better at tennis
Thanks .
Glad i can help.

@@Mauruud if i could see your forehand shots i could answer better. Take care.
Do an exercise where you Grip the racquet with 3 fingers to get the feel of being relaxed helps too. Have you tried that?
