Gurujii just thinking yoga dhand for past few days, you surprise with this video.... OMG pranam... Its a Unfogetten art we missed it... I think it may have more use to control vatta, pitta, kapha also need deeper understanding on this subject
Thank you so much for this video! Very helpful information, as I have one, but wasn't completely sure how to use it in the best possible way. Thank you! 🙏
Thank you, always wanted to know more about this. I started eating based on nostrils flow, and it really does changes things. Whenever my nose is blocked, I remember my family telling sleep the opposite side, can't believe I missed an obvious connection here. RadheRadhe
When we override what the body is doing on its own to maintain balance, are there risks involved? For instance, if right nostril is blocked at meal time, might that be because it’s better for your health this time to fast?
thank you for explaining. i've long wondered what its purpose was. could you explain why the traditional pictures always show lord shiva & the siddhas meditating with their FOREarm resting on the danda (not under their armpit.) is there a benefit to meditating with one forearm balanced on the danda?
Thanks for this wonderful video 🙏. I have a question.... Does doing this will help for those people whose nose is blocked due to nasal septal deviation ? Waiting for your kind answer. Thanks! My left nostril is blocked due to septal deviation.
I really appreciate subjects you choose to make your videos. I don’t see similar subjects dwelt upon by many others. Once the choice is made, it is dealt with quite adequately. Points you wish to communicate are put across succinctly, making your videos really useful.
As an expert in Swara Sastra, I strongly advise against purchasing a Yoga Danda or attempting to change the flow of breath at will. The knowledge shared here represents only about 1% of the total understanding of this subject. There are more than three methods for altering the flow of breath, and there are specific circumstances under which you should or should not change it. A deeper understanding of tattvas (elements) and nadis (energy channels), and how they influence the breath, is essential. This knowledge is highly esoteric and cannot be fully understood through brief UA-cam videos. If you are genuinely interested in practicing Swara Sastra, I recommend watching detailed and authentic videos, studying relevant books, or seeking guidance from experienced gurus and experts. Swara Sastra is an extraordinary field of study that can provide profound insights, such as knowing the right time to start or avoid activities, predicting diseases before they manifest, understanding when a person may die, determining what is favorable or unfavorable, and even influencing relationships-like avoiding or prolonging someone's presence. However, much of this knowledge remains a closely guarded secret, and not everything can be shared openly.
My digestive system is collapsed, and from 4 months, I am not able to eat normal food. Allergy, acid reflux and autoimmune disorder all these together troubling me. I am taking Ayurvedic medicines. Not found significant changes. Losing weight also. Can you give solutions to my ailments guruji?
To improve your overall health, adopt the habit of sleeping on your left side and ensure you wake up through your right side in the morning. Avoid drinking cold water frequently and instead, drink warm or hot water early in the morning and before going to bed. It is recommended to have dinner before 7 PM and walk at least 100 steps after eating to aid digestion. As an Ayurvedic remedy. After lunch, you can consume clean vilya leaves with a small amount of betel nut, suna (calcium paste), and elaichi (cardamom) if desired. Focus on eating less spicy food, incorporating green vegetables into your diet, and consuming black rice for its high fiber content. Additionally, practice fasting at least twice a month for detoxification. It is also recommended to avoid eating anything at least twice a week at night to give your digestive system adequate rest. Secret advice : Before eating anything , sit down block your left nose through fingers and breath normally and deeply through right nose about for about 5mins. As it activates Pingala nadi and increases heat in body.
Ear moong dal rice khicidi no tea coffee and also take ginger 20 mins before meals. No snacks no processed food. Avoid milk and milk products and avoid wheat products Try khicidi 2-3 times a day for atleast a week. Then slowly introduce vegetables Then other foods one new food at a time
