I am 67 this October, but the book, "The Complete Illustrated Book of Hatha Yoga." is a gem of knowledge for those interested. I am a Raja Yogi since age 13, but have found this work by Swami Vishnudevananda to be exemplary. Namaste to all.

Do you think you can create a sequence that prepares you to sit in the full lotus or half lotus position for meditation. I learned very quickly that I can't just sit down and meditate, I have to prepare my body for that, but my hips/legs are tight.

These are the symptoms of suffering of some trauma. We are humans, many of us suffer due to karmic actions and reactions. I'm not an expert but suggesting that yoga will create focus and will bring back spark in your life.
It's difficult but not impossible.
+ take control of your life and don’t dwell for outside praises and acknowledgement. It's a continuous process....
You will get better.
Stay so busy that there is no time to suffer.

1. I have acid reflex problem and some inflamation in t intestine but its stable with medicines. Can i do kapalbhati and if so slow to intermediate ?
2. Blocked nose is problem . Didnot quite get that portion in t video where u show t method for blocked nose and also connecting with 15 rounds.
If i do kriya for 5 or 10 mts will i continue all t time with nose part .

Hey friend .. don't worry a lot of people do it. Sometimes due to stress it happens. Just take a break and practice Sudarshan kriya and surya namaskar with alom vilom. Everything will be alright. Pray for your well being. Most important patience and dedication is needed.

After each round of kapalabhati like 50 or 100inhslation and exhalation, bandhasbto be performed for 15to30seconds after exhalation.alsobfoing kapalabhati in vajrasana with fisted hands below navel are correct and effective methods.sldo forceful exhaustion from below navel gives stimulative energy throughout the body.
