I'd let the seller know the package arrived severely damaged. They can most likely do more with complaining to ups, changing packaging, and possibly offering you something.

I assume its not pokemon center who damaged it in this case but rather thats the damage from the package getting damaged. Cause both cards had damage in the same area which was on the top (where the blister and promos were damaged too) and if it got through to the promo, the top of the promo is like only 1-2 inches above the rest of the packs

Very true, just a shame it only chipped the top of the hits - but we take what we can get 😁
