funny thing is that if nike just charged what the shoes were actually worth. they wouldn't have to worry about reps. the reps show that you can get the same quality for pennies on the dollar. maybe nike should stop overcharging for sneakers lmao. the same Jordans that used to go for 120-180 now go for 220-300 its insane.

Yep and my son and I are in the game and I have purposely bought reps and my son the legit pair. Unless a true sneaker head, no one ever pointed out that one’s real and one’s not and from my personal opinion the insoles are the only thing I alter on the reps due to how stiff the ones the reps get. Easy swap out so not complaining but I find it absurd as well that they’re charging the prices they do. Someone saw the hype making a coming back (the real ones never left the scene either so we’ve watched the bs come full circle with the pricing) and ran wild with it. So unless it is a very special or one off pair, I do not pay the absurd prices. Craziest thing to me is going in a boutique store and seeing something hard but then see the pr and walk, then walk into Nike outlet and see the same shoe for its original sale price and they’ve been “tried on” or “worn twice” … craziest I’ve ever seen the shoe game when it comes to pricing.
