      +Greg Amor working south of Fox Creek AB for another month and a half.trying to get off the hoe and look after ditch but i hate doing it.have arthritis in my elbows and have lost all the feeling in my hands except for 3 fingers on my right hand so i don't have much choice 26 years of pulling leavers takes a tole .not a good time to change careers jobs are almost nonexistent.

      Wow you've been a hoe operator for 26 years!?! I've been doing it for about 10. Is it normal for operators that have worked many years in the equipment to develop problems like you have?

      awesome, quick question for you. whats the best way to get experience? i just got my first seat on a hoe on cleanup after 5 years on the ground, got 2 months in before cleanup finished and i am looking for more experience, should i go load trucks, or go try for a water/sewer seat? Wage is not as important as a good learning environment.

    • @manhoer
      @manhoer  6 років тому +3

      Any time in the seat is good but it depends on what you want to do .if want to pipeline try and stick with clean up or backfill but seat time is seat time

      Good grief, Barry. I'm so sorry to hear this news, I can't even begin to tell you how much your videos have helped me. I'm currently running a 385 for an excavation company in Austin Texas. I'd be honored if you wanted to look at my vids and offer suggestions. You're a huge hero of mine, friend. You're in my prayers, you can bet on that.
