I should think 36" and below are small, 38 to 42 can be medium, 44 and above could be large and so on

Hi dear, I meant it is the same as the bra cups you buy from the shop.
You can use it to make a strapless bustier or anything that needs bust support.
You can also use them in a corset dress or top
