One is made to cinch or Shape in waist, and usually has multiple panel lines, a lot of bonings ( corset) and the one the other doesn’t , all has minimal panel lines with less boning.

Your neatness game is top notch and ever since I’ve been using your method, I must say I find corset easier to make. Please May I know how you calculate your nipple to nipple distancing (darting line)

Thank you! I usually don’t take or use the nipple to nipple measurement. For this basic block( Natalie Bray) the 1/4 chest width is used to get that point. But in some cases wheh a customer prefers a specific measurement for that, only then do I use it.

@@mercyadamsinseams if I’m right the bust divided by 4 right, cos I use mine as the bust divided by 4 minus 1.5.

No, not the bust . The chest width ( which is usually about 4cm above the bust line)
