- No, I didn't cry. ME?! Haha, no chance. It was dusty at Comerica Park in Detroit. Allergies were bad, you know? Something got in my eyes, coincidentally just as Tigers legend Miguel Cabrera was taken out of the game, so maybe it LOOKS like I was crying, but I was definitely not crying. Don't be silly. Who the hell would cry over a baseball player? Grow up, okay? I mean it's really stupid that you would even SUGGEST that I was crying. That just shows how immature you are, like, have you considered that you're projecting, maybe? You might wanna consider going to therapy. Help get in touch with your repressed emotions. It's not healthy to go through life like that. Me crying? Yeah okayyyyyyy. I'll make YOU cry. See how you like THAT, tough guy!

I love Miggy with all my heart. I am from Maracay, Venezuela and I was able to see him way before he played in the big leagues. We all knew he was special but we didn’t know he was going to be a superstar.

I'm a venezuelan man. Grew up watching Miguel Cabrera playing for Tigres de Aragua since I was 8 years old and he was such a beast. He makes me love baseball. This is just sad for me, but I can tell to the people that I enjoyed his entire career in Venezuela and MLB. Thanks for share this video Zack.
I watched him play for my single A- baseball team for a year back when he was a young man.

Crazy that this was 2 future hall of famers last game, Miggy and Terry Francona. Gonna miss both.
Saw Miggy here in Arlington when they played the Rangers. They had a great tribute to him before the game. Was close enough to him when he was in the on deck circle to tell him Gracias por todo. He turned and said gracias. Great moment for me.

I was there for all three games as well and I can tell you that you weren’t the only one with tiering up after that last out. I’ve been lucky enough to see Miggy play in my hometown ballpark for the last sixteen years. My kids have grown up going to games to see him, and Comerica Park won’t be the same without him. Gracias Miggy and thank you Zack for giving me another video to add to my Miggy baseball playlist.

Someone cut the onions in Comerica Park that day. Such an incredible experience. I was lucky enough to snag three tickets, front row, right next to ball boy for my son, wife and myself. Seeing my boy get a foul ball handed to him from the ball boy was perfect, snagging a couple of auto's and watching Miggy run directly towards us from the dugout to first base was unreal. Words can't describe the feeling of being able to be present for those moments. We got to meet Miggy on the field when my dad was battling lung cancer in 2012. Such a genuine guy person. I'm a Tigers fan for life but him retiring changes the landscape of this team. I believe they are going to be a great team, soon. It'll be different going to Comerica and not seeing the number 24!!!

Very cool to watch all 3 videos of Miggy's final homestand. He is one of the greatest players to play and I have always enjoyed watching him play as well. Thank you for all your videos and getting footage of stuff that regular people, like myself, cannot see when going to a baseball game. I can't forget your videographers as well for their hard work to shoot the video footage. Thank you to them as well.
My 23 year old son was 7 when Miggy was traded here to Detroit and together he was our favorite player and him and I have bonded so much over the years from Tiger baseball and Miggy and it's created priceless memories for us from going to many games together and being at game 4 of the ALCS in 2012 to beat the Yankees and going to the World Series. It's because of Miggy who had so much to do with my son and I being so close over the years. So the last 2 innings and especially when Miggy walked off the field in the 8th inning I cried like a baby and it was a special day. Thank you Miggy!

Amazing video loved how you went right up close for Miggy walking off the field there was a lot of dust around me to at that moment and at the end of the game and i was inside lol but great video thank you 👏
I cried too man! Was able to score 4 baseballs thst day too no commeratives but it was a privelage to be there for every home game this year thst Miggy played in plus 1 in Cleveland. Scored lineup cards from 34 of the 81 home ganes i went to this year. It was the best summer of my life 86 games in total! Cant wait til next year ended the year with a take home of of 270 baseballs gave another 30 away lifetime total of 350 in the last 3 years. Also scored over 100 autographs thank you for all the videos and pointers they really made for one of the best summers and memories of my life.
I kind of figured you would find a way to be at this game. Absolutely great send off for a legend. MLB just has a way with that dramatic music they play at events like this to make the tears flow even more! Sure first ballot hall of fame. Thanks for capturing this day for all of us to share your experiences.

Was in Toronto when he hit 500th and what a moment that was for him and to get a curtain call on the road. Not many players get curtain calls on the road. He’s a legend and another gem gone from the game. Congrats on a amazing career

I was at that game. Way up in the top deck. Was in the 4 of the 24 when they did the card event. By far the greatest game I've ever been to. You did a great job getting shots of fans and their reactions.😊
Miggy arrived in the MLB 1 week before the Red Sox took the Marlins apart in June 2003. He then proceeded to help the Marlins beat those Yankees....and got himself a ring.

Zack have you ever thought about in the off-season going to do fall ball or maybe another sport I was thinking hockey and you can get a puck from every arena. I would say basketball or football but there is nothing to collect. Food for thought, love your videos and your content! Keep doing what you do and I hope one day to run into you with my family.
Have I thought about it? Yes. But I need the off-season to recharge and focus on my personal life and everything else that's meaningful.

As a marlin fan who got to see him crush it for my team it’s a beautiful day but sad day another legend of my childhood gone and retired.
Can’t believe yesterday was the two year anniversary of that insane night in Boston. Where has the time gone? I remember it like it was yesterday.
Nothing but respect, Cleveland fan here, he was an absolute Tribe Killer. Look up the stats, he was relentless against my tribe.

I honestly can’t believe Miguel Cabrera isn’t going to play in the MLB anymore, to say he had an incredible career is an understatement. Also I can’t believe the regular season is over and the postseason has begun, every year the season flies by and I’m sad during the offseason. I just hope my Yankees are better next year, some big changes need to be made if they want a shot at October baseball next year.

Hey Zack what are your thoughts about the current playoff system where the top teams get first round bye? Do you think it's messing up their momentum and the reason why 100+ win teams like the Dodgers, Orioles, and possibly Braves are getting knocked out early? If so what do you think MLB should do to fix this problem?
Quite possibly but I'm really not sure what to do about it. Need a bigger sample size. Let things play out for 10 years and then decide if a change is necessary.
@@zackhample well after just two years of this system it seems like teams with first round byes are getting out played early and seems the week off has been affecting their game (except for the Houston Astros). Maybe it’s time to go in a different direction.

You should go to a American Association of professional baseball, they are independent baseball league next year you can probably go to him and get a lot of balls, especially the small stadiums like the Cleburne railroaders in tx
