25 Work/ +21 Vacation/ 65 Calendar Days until Civil Service Retirement. I'll be in Cebu City starting in Mid-October for a Six Month+ post-retirement Vacation. I'm figuring that a Condo in IT Park will be a good start to acclimating. The idea of basically EVERYTHING within a 15 minute walk is REALLY attractive to me. Especially after living in a small town & having to drive 90 minutes to get to anything better than MalWart.
could you do a rough comparision price/plus in condos between bcg, elsewhere in Manila and Cebu. I realize your point is A) that BCG beats all because it's ....BCG, but it would be a useful yardstick; And, B) all condos are different in their location adv/disadvatage, and amenities. It would just be an interesting comparison seen through your personal vantage.
i have heard from people who have been in Phils /Asia that you are at the Mercy of the Building's Management, and they do change. After a few years, the building start to deterioated, most Condo Management will simply let them be, so i heard.
@@JJthelonelybullinasia I'd like to live in Condo, but would also like to have a backyard for my cats, with a wall all the way around. I've been told that cats can get off a harness if I tried to walk them. I sure wouldn't want one of them on the loose in BGC.
That’s the thing: BGC condos are NOT overpriced at all! You can get some really good ones - in really good locations - for between $500 and $600 USD per month. And in terms of amenities and walkability, you won’t find anyplace like it elsewhere in the Philippines.

@@jonathancbc thanks for the suggestion. I'll put it on my list of videos to do. And thanks for watching.
I like your video skills JJ. You never show the real Philippines outside BGC.
@@philrose7716 Actually I do, if you look at my past videos.

Definitely could happen. That's why I won't buy a condo.
It is a Chismiss if you purchase a condo from a well-established developer. It won't happen.

Please sir, how bad is the bug problem in the condo? Thank you.

Do you see the cats of BGC?
You can't miss them.

@@Aurora-j8y I've always been a loner all my life. It just seemed to fit.
Why the back of your head? Not very inviting. Good content though!
I'm so sick and tired of hearing about over priced BGC. You can get a beautiful house on a beautiful beach for less!
