The Food Thief - Houdini FX Breakdown

Houdini FX Breakdown of The Food Thief teaser shot that I worked on at Mindbender Animation Studio.
Creating the sauce and the hot steam/smoke from the fish in Houdini. There is so much animation going on in the scene
that came down to animate some flip simulatons frame by frame in order to get the velocity follow correctly.
This breakdown shows viewport flipbooks and separated elements. Credits to the team with very talented
artists and crazy rigg.
