I loved music very much as a young boy and played the harmonica at the age of about 8 years old at my school, then i started playing guitar when I was about 12 years old. Music is the greatest gift i ever got from God. Im retired now and enjoy playing my instruments entertaining my family and myself. One thing that strikes me is when the artistes speak about the level of dedication they had to this music that they love... They really grind it out... That, and the poverty they endured, particularly the ones from inner city. Not the country djs though. Reminds me of the line from Protoje... Food deh dong a country just a drop arf ah de trees...
