Franklin Clinton is a character in the Grand Theft Auto series, appearing as one of the three protagonists of Grand Theft Auto V. These are the criminal charges he would have faced had he been arrested after the events of GTA V.
Our exploration extends beyond fiction as we draw parallels to real-world scenarios. We examine cases of real-life criminals and their prosecutions, drawing on legal expertise to examine the likelihood of Franklin Clinton's criminal activities leading to actual charges.
Please note that the video you are about to watch is entirely fictional and is produced solely for the purpose of raising awareness on the consequences of committing a crime. The scenes depicted in this video are not real and do not reflect any actual events or persons. We do not condone or promote any illegal or unethical behaviour, and this video is intended to serve as a cautionary tale to deter individuals from engaging in criminal activity.
Your honor, my client is a good kid.
"Why? Does he fuckin' help the poor?"
The very first crime being Grand Theft Auto is a nice touch
Technically its armed robbery
@@deletemychannelsomeone nope, robbery is a forceful thievery, this is just taking a car.
Bro no it’s not💀
@@lagging38828 the prolouge
@@deletemychannelsomeoneBut we're talking about Frank here dude, not the game itself.
For CJ, it has to be a madness...Man killed thousands.
Him, Claude and Niko must have some crazy stats/feats
Now now, lets not forget Toni's massacre of half of Staunton Island.
@@MRDarkmanyep terrorism 😂
Yeah and capturing 35% of gang territories is canon too so all them ballas is insane
Same for Trevor he probably still be doing crazy stuff and maybe starting something bad as well.
Man, that wasn’t second degree murder, that was self defense.
I mean he was trespassing and committing burglary so who knows
@@shippoboy__he believed he was doing a legal repossession. Maybe not a lot of paper work to prove it was legal but he was acting in self defense. Lamar tho, he shot the guy. He's the one with 2nd degree murder
@@bananabird735 Oh yeah right it was a long time since I played that mission
Trespassing and Lamar shot and killed first. Walking onto private property for a repossession is legal not jumping a fence and opening garages
@@cinemacopA defense lawyer can still technically get the charges dropped for the shooting. Even if Lamar shot first, they still shot at Franklin for almost no reason. At worse, it would be illegal firearms possession (CA limits pistols to 10 round magazines) and illegal carrying of firearms (California requires a permit to conceal carry) on top of probably manslaughter charges for deaths that are preventable. This would be a case that goes to trial for sure.
Also about the whole "under F.I.B. orders", I'm pretty sure that if they had gotten caught in the game Haines wouldn't have ever tried to save them. But in a scenario in which everything was found out, then they would probably be able to say that the FIB told them to do it and therefore don't have as much problem related to those cases. Anyway pretty funny videos to watch and keep up the good work 👍🍞
I guess they could just rat them out. I mean there would be no way they could pull it off on there own
That's what I was thinking, even if he was charged, he can pin everything on the FIB and there would be no proof to the contrary
Absolutely not. The whole under F.I.B. Orders excuse is stupid because they’re corrupt FIB agents and Micheal Trevor and Franklin know they’re corrupt. So no they wouldn’t get off those charges they’d be charged for those murders too. Yes they’re being blackmailed BUT they have every opportunity to report those corrupt agents and seek a non corrupt law enforcer.
8:12 this frame represents gta pretty well, guy who's done enough for life in prison + 1070 years blowing up the fib building under fib orders
Don't forget the $15,000 fine
Franklin has commited the most cases of GTA, proving he is the main character
Trevor: 1
Michael: 0
Franklin: 3
because he in the hood he has to or they will shoot his @ss
Which one was Trevors?
Doesn't Michael steal a fire engine, or am I confusing him with one of the others?
Doesn't he steal a vehicle when he escapes the morgue?
@@jollygreenjustin he does if u choose to mop in the the bureau raid and he also steals a car in the mission when he gets knocked out by Dave and kills all of those IAA guys and escape
To be fair though, at the beginning he’s doing his job repoing cars. No different than if a tow truck driver has the paper to tow your car if you’re behind on payments.
that's assuming Simeon is a totally legitimate businessman
@@TrolledBy I think he is. He may be a crook giving out predatory, damn near illegal loans. But I think he’s legit.
@@josh24441He is shady AF but he is legit, I agree. When he keeps saying "I'm a legitimate businessman" I do think he can back that up.
@@TrolledBysounds like something a racist would say.
Simeon actions are not legal
Otherwise he would get the papers so Franklin and Lamar will be able to take those cars legally
Franklin is the most innocent out the three of them, but Trevor easily wins all charges hands down.
Next: If Carl Johnson Was Charged For His Crimes (GTA San Andreas)
Dude broke into a secret government facility, he would be sent to the firing squad LMFAO or the guillotine.
@tahamohammad1741 if we are technically speaking, Mike toreno can sweep all of cj crimes under the rug
Also Claude, Tommy Vercetti, Victor Vance, Toni Cipriani, Niko Bellic, Luis Lopez and Johnny Klebitz, and that's just GTA.
Other characters that come to mind are like Aiden Pearce or Jacket from Hotline Miami (although the latter would probably mostly be charged for mass murder countless times)
Those are just games and if we're talking of movies, like, Kill Bill, Pulp Fiction, Reservoir Dogs, Fargo, Burn After Reading, Trainspotting, would also be nice to see The End of the F***ing World
@@cinnamon4 Claude Speed*
Dude would experience the destruction of our planet in 10273759021617, in he still would be in that prison
damn this channel is a gold mine
fr, needs more subs
@@aprizuniversefr this channel is underrated and needs more subs.
is it cuz I got everything I could or would ever want out of it from the last 10 seconds of four videos
@@misdafireinfexus5828Fr 😂🤦
if you're gonna do carl johnson next, make sure to include the introduction short video
it's canon and has cj commiting 3 crimes in liberty city like carjacking, armed robbery and battery
6:35 I don't know why, but this made me laugh
Real
Slap
Some content you just stumble upon, and you think to yourself “I need more of this” subbed keep it going!
Can you do GTA 4 protagonists (Niko, Johnny and Luis) next?
Also cladue too from GTA 3.
Toni 💀
@@FRIT21 bro gonna be executed then ressurected just to get executed again thousand times just for Bringing The House Down mission alone
Tommy vercetti and Vic vance
Do the one's from the top down
Games count like china town wars?
And 1,2 and advance?
could we see all the crimes committed by the FIB, or the FIB agents or more specifically Steve Haines
i was so confused with "under fib orders" and I thought it was some special name for crimes related to terroism. now I understand what he meant.
@@brockzao31 yeah basically the FIB specifically Steve Haines did some criminal stuff possibly related to the funding war between the FIB and IAA during the story. So yeah corruption.
Don’t know how you would charge the FIB unless you consider it under corruption
@@brockzao31 I was actually more confused about the FIB, I was like thinking, isn’t that supposed to be the other way around, but now it’s literally FIB
Ambushed by gang members: self defense
Ambushed by armed police helicopter: murder
Bro aint accounting the war crimes we do in freemode 💀
imagine he accounted that. uncountable tbh, more than 100,000 years, with either character
“Working with me is a death sentence, Franklin”
6:33 "Ooo ooo ooo ooo" *gets hit*
But the better question is, if all the victims of his torts sued him in civil court, how much would he be on the hook for in damages?
That's a great idea! Do you mean money? Please reply to me!
I feel like Franklin would get more years than Trevor if Trevor wasn't a first-degree serial killer
Makes no sense bruh
Hey now he was doing perfect "legit" repos man XD but seriously i love these vids it just show how serious the crimes you do are
Do Niko next, would be a insane amount of years
and considering each crime he did varies from judges(for example his first crime was 1+ years which means it’s anywhere from 1 to 5 per say. And each crime has a variety) 1000+ years in prison for Franklin is basically 3000 years.
actually; its more like 'is litterally 1000-5000 years ish, with what we see as the 'sentence' logically being the average for each crime added together
@@misdafireinfexus5828I think we see minimal sentences, hence every number has +
keep the great work!
It would be better if you put how many years they are for each crime, for example, when you put robbery and next to it you put the years in prison that they are. For example: "Robbery (+1 year)"
So that we can see how much prison years costs each crime
that’s literally what he does
@@mrwow1667 I mean like: Up there are the total years, so what I want is to see how much years are each crime, but not see it all added
@@marioplaygames_47 just do the math mentally brev
@@vp1075 I'm supposed to be the the viewer, the viewer needs to be comfortable watching the videos. I ain't no calculator trying to calculate how many years was each crime
@@marioplaygames_47”I’m not comfortable🥺🥺”
just needed this
Thought hed get the smallest out of all of em
He did
What does that MEAN?
@@ameert-vg1pf barely. Michael only had like 20% more
@@jonah.donohue 90% of the shit was cos of fib orders cos of michael. I didnt realise he racked up enough murders to be over 1000 years like Mike
@@vincenzofranchelli2201I though out of all Michael was the one getting the most sentences since he committed like sending a hit man to kill Trevor during first snowy bank robbery.
I have been waiting for this
Repossession is not a crime, and terrorism is voided because they returned the super weapon.
"We can make all these charges go away if you tell us who was the ringleader Franklin" -Dave Norton🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Ive been waiting for this
Hope you do Toni Cipriani of Gta Liberty City Stories as well
Due to the graphic nature of this video, viewer discretion is advised. And now back to our program.
If you reach like 100 years for a prison sentence, you may as well go nuts since you're never going to get out anyway
No. The reason some people get like 1000 year sentences is to ensure they never get out. The thing with life sentences is thst they can be forgiven. So if your cake is 100 years in reality you might get out after only 20 years or so.
@@WXKFA For good behaviour?
if Lamar Davis was Charged for his Crimes or, if Lester Crest was Charged for his Crimes , OR if Niko Bellic was charged for his crimes
Lester would probably get the highest sentence if we knew about all his crimes
He could be acquitted of the smashing into the car dealership because he was being forced 😂
Under duress is a legal defense
Can't wait to see the "CJ" episode for San Andreas
Awesome video again. Could you do Warden Norton from Shawshank Redemption please 🙏
I dunno about that last "self-defense"; they did lure Steve's unit and Merryweather there for the express purpose of a fight.
This channel is about to blow up. Anyway please do The Terminator
7:06 love how she did the peter griffin floor pose
I don't think fib orders protect you from commuting the second 9/11 😂😂
If Poison Ivy was charged for her crimes! (B&R 1997)
Franklin Trevor and Michael
i literly was waiting for this
Literally
>blows up the fib hq
>under fib orders
Yeah good luck swinging that one in court
It is impossible to put Franklin in prison for life because Franklin Can’t die and even if you did he would respawn at the hospital.
Also forgetting public indecency, when Trevor uses the police helicopter and scans franklin
Franklin got the best of both worlds: he goes to prison for less time and has to pay the smallest fine.
3:22 Bro used tactic of my german granpa
Do Carl Johnson next!
Make a seris where you do our online characters where you do a hiest a episode and start with the fleece job
Franklin Clinton, I sentence you for life, 1151 years in prison, and a $20,000 fine.
You cannot claim self defence if you are commiting an inherently dangerous felony.
"street racing left the game" (please note that i dont know if that needs an fine. or arrest. but its illegal for sure. but in california then idk. but i think its illegal even there)
I was actually just looking for this like an hour and a half ago
I'm scared about Niko Bellic in gta 4
TheCinemaCop
Please consider do Albert Wesker from Resident Evil Games.
It was not robbery when he stole a bike, it was carjacking, and it was not resisting arrest when he drove off the cops, it was Evading arrest or VC 2800.1 or 2800.2.
Do if Tommy Vercetti and Carl Johnson were charged for their crimes next
He better do all the other character in gta
He better call Saul
I'm loving this series! Next you should do Steve Haines, Dave Norton and/or Devin Weston
Dave Norton I would say can only really be charged with the crimes committed by Haines. And I do believe in a court he could probably pursued by saying he was acting under orders from Steve Haines since he was his superior.
So he can get away scot free
You forgot the countless charges that Franklin would face for reckless driving
1:36 omg he did the thing 🔥🔥
We need to see Carl Johnson from San Andreas.
Will be cool to do "If GTA 5 Characters Was Charged For His Crimes" or "If Niko Was Charged For His Crimes" !
You should do John Wick next
I Love How The Bureau Raid Wasn't Illegal
CAN you do if CJ from Gta sa was charged for his crimes
6:35 - He Does Some Opera Singing And Gets Knocked Out And That's How He Knew He Got Knocked Out
Need to do one on Johnny Gat 🤣
if you try this in GTA Online you will have a Death Sentence by trying to count all charges
Franklin is roughly looking at 8,698 years in prison
I subscribed you 👍
9:53 OMG, This is gonna be surprised for me.
You should do one every character from "the wire"
I suggest the payday gang after all the gta protags are done, if you're doing all gta protags
You should do one with our gta online character
He’s like the CJ of GTA V.
Yo please do Anton Chigurh from No Country For Old Men.
Don’t look at that like that Imagine the free food
I’d say parole and some community service. Maybe 30 days in jail
You forgot to include that yee-yee ass haircut
You should probably update more on Franklin's charges in online dlc the contract. Because he have more crimes to commit years later.
Bro u hard fr
These videos are awesome!! Keep it up!!
Saul Goodman gets him off on a 90 day community service.
The first 11 murders are technically self defence.
They are trespassing and Lamar shoots first
@@cinemacopmajority of Franklin kills were self defense
@@Tjayofficial.doesn’t matter that the gangsters shot first, F&L were committing a crime
Do the same for Niko, Johnny, and Luis from GTA 4 and The Episodes From Liberty City 🗽🎳🦅🪩
That was quite funny lmao 6:33
Can you do Niko Bellic next
A minute in and he already effectively has a life sentence
Hopefully the next one for GTA 6 will be, if Lucia was charged for her crimes
Do one for The Punisher!
0:14 there is nothing illegal of it because Franklin is confiscates a car not steals it
6:19 What was he thanking Trevor for? I forgot.
4:43 I think you miss counted but still a great video
