Do what works for you! I think its amazing that people want to be more sustainable and something I have realized as someone who desires to prioritize sustainability is that it truly is a priveledge to do so to a certain extent in this day and age. Buying ethically sourced, sustainable clothing, for example, is typically very expensive. Some people have many affordable thrift stores with desirable clothing in their area, so they can shop ethically and sustainably on a budget if necessary, but many people don't have the option, so they may opt to buy fast fashion because that is what is doable for them financially. People don't need to gatekeep being a good, conscious consumer, because you don't know people's situation. Sure, you are using disposable towels, but that's also allowing you to save money on laundry and save water, which is also a good thing, while also helping you prevent acne! You win some, you lose some. We should all have the right to choose what works for us and analyze our individual priorities. No one knows what a person is going through and we all have different battles. Some people can sustain doing more laundry or don't break out if they use the same face towel twice. Some people can't. This goes for cloth diapering/disposable diapers, buying packaged food and other items/buying zero waste food and other items. Everyone's situations are different. It seems ridiculous that this has to be a conversation and while I admire you for addressing the issues of using disposable towels, I find it unfortunate that people make the internet a place where others have to defend what works for them. Thanks to anyone who listened to this tangent. Be kind!
THIS!!! 🙌🏼🥰❤️ Thank you!! I’m trying to be more conscious of my own environmental impact (and I do have some guilt about certain things) but you are 100% right everyone has their own unique circumstances and it’s so important to keep that in mind when the instinct online these days is to jump to criticize every little thing.
Thank you for the recommendations, definitely adding some to my wishlist! I did just see the WOW now had a curly hair version that does not require heat (which is why I have not used the original much, I like to let my hair curl naturally). Hope you are doing well 😊
True this is not the best for the environment but at the same time so what works for you and it's great you are using them for multipurpose, and too all the people whom complain about what's good and what's bad, you may want to work on what's in your house first before coming after other people for what they use. Even recycling you better be taking off the wrappers on your bottles, the caps and rinsing out before recycling, or it doesn't matter and just gets thrown in the regular trash anyways 😢.
I Ioved this video. I def. Need those disposable towels and sunscreen! And sounds like you’re doing great on your wt loss journey so far! I’m cheering you on and would love a video on it as I need tons of tips too lol 😊
Great favorites and I’ll always watch a weight loss journey 😃
