I remember ordering an old OOP volume on amazon stating it was like new. It was yellowed, creased etc. When I complained, they argued that they had it since new, so it is new. Despite being a 10+ year volume sat on a shelf or floor, or window, wherever 😂 I really am tempted to get Nana...and Banana fish...but space and money boooo
Space and money are things I should consider more but I often buy first and think later. Its not a good thing to do 😂 I can tell you that Nana is definitely worth a read so maybe just start with a volume of two… I’m planning on getting into Banana fish soon because I just hear so many good things!

No longer heroine is such a guilty pleasure read but it’s so much fun I can’t help myself 😂 I’m so excited to get more volumes of Usotoki Rhetoric! So funny and wholesome! I was really lucky to find QQ Sweeper 1 secondhand but hopefully you’ll come across it too or maybe they will eventually do a reprint!

I'm on my Sand Chronicles and Dengeki Daisy hunt for missing volumes and I'm not buying any used copies unless there are photos because I just know I'll get the nastiest volume sent to me if I buy one that is in "acceptable" condition 😭
It’s such a risk buying secondhand but I don’t mind doing it if they are cheap enough. I couldn’t afford to pay a high price and still end up with garbage ex library manga 😂😱
I only bought 6 Manga in January ^^ Two of the manga classics (Pride and Prejudice and Sense and Sensibilty), Natsume's Book of Friends Vol. 26, ReLIFE (which is only available french and german), A Cat from Our World and the Forgotten Witch Vol. 1 and Bride of the Barrier Master Vol. 1 ♥ Bride of the Barrier Master reminded me of My Happy Marriage because the fMC has a similar abusive situation at home but she's the complete opposite of Miyo in terms of character. So if you like My Happy Marriage, or even if you didn't like it due to Miyo's timid and anxious demeanor (which is a criticizm i've read a few times), you should definitely check out Bride of the Barrier Master :))

I don’t mind ex library but I hate when Amazon doesn’t disclose that when selling second hand. Most of the time they are always in awful condition too. I bought from them recently and was put off buying second hand from them for a while 😅
I am only happy with ex library if it’s just a few stickers to remove and it’s a really out of print series like basara and from far away etc and I’m paying cheap for them
Love Arisa, one of my absolute favourites from Natsumi Ando but it wasn't easy to piece together. Paid more than I wanted for volume 9 and it came in the worst condition after being listed as like new on Abe books but I managed to get a better copy from Australia lately. Good luck with collecting it, it's a great read. Hana Kimi volumes are quite difficult but every now and again you get lucky, found the last missing volume for my collection (7-9) for really cheap on Amazon and it was pretty good condition.

Just got the first few volumes of No Longer Heroine. It sounds wild. You are making me want to try out Komi Can’t Communicate. I’m scared cause it’s so long. Maybe I will try it online.
