What a pleasure to see Chad & Joleen come down under he is such a nice person what an awesome pleasure for those Aussie car nuts to meet him so cool thx champ it was such a pleasure watching your show I'm sure they will be back as we have the friendliest people in the world IMO.

That 6cyl petrol Ford 'Barra' motor is popular in Oz because they can ha dle a ridiculous amount of horsepower 'stock'. I think one guy here has squeezed 2000hp out of one. I know a guy who ships container loads of them to the US for people to.put in their Musta g's.
The Dodge truck at 5.05 actually is an Australian International (Harvester) design, if you look carefully at the cab, windscreen and doors you will see that it even resembles the US Inter Loadstars, International Australia used this same design from these smaller ute/pick-up based vehicles to larger trucks to tractor/ prime mover trucks, International Harvester here in Australia was an extremely popular truck especially in the 50’s, 60’s, 70’s and into the 80’s but they did not have the capacity to manufacture to meet the extra demand so Chrysler Australia built these cabs for for International Harv.Aus. And in return International allowed Chrysler Aus. To use this design for their range of trucks up to prime movers and Chysler Aus fitted their versions like the one at 5.05 with their engines and drivelines such as the first Dodges had the 235 slant sixes then this one would have had a 245 Hemi six from new and larger versions would have had the 318 V8’s right up to 361’s in heavy duty versions with all sorts of Diesels from Cummins to GM’s in them
Jolene, Chad so good to see you admiring some Aussie cars. I want to know if you get explained the history of these cars as you admire them. I think you would appreciate the history of some, as in the 70's the torana model as a 2 door though 6CYL went up against the big 351 falcons back then and held their own. the Australian Charger wasn't there as far as I can see. Great to have you visit. Cheers Mate.
I like Australia, 🇦🇺 it's all interesting. 😎👍 It's nice to see the Holden models that are almost the same as my father's old Opel Commodore and other models that I used to see around here in Switzerland. But also like my old Opel Kadett that in Australia is called Holden Gemini. Great choice Jolene, beautiful boots with flames. 🔥
Australia has a wonderful car culture that goes back more that a century. Bad Chad and Jolene go there to steal and pillage for money and to survive. Do a little searching on the Web and you will find what Gene Winfield and Iron Trap Garage and Cold War Motors and DD Speedshop have to say about Bad Chad and Jolene.
I do like to see other countries classic car's and truck's to see what they made. I'm up in age and have been studying classic cars and truck's wagon's panels for year's and still haven't seen everything. Car's and wagon's I never used to like when I was younger because they were everywhere like those little 61-64 fords car's and wagon's now I think they look pretty cool with the little 4 cylinders engine.
Wow, a mid to late '90s Pontiac Bonneville wagon! (the white one) We are getting short changed in the US, so many cool models and engine options that we just can't have. Those Aussie style Utes would sell here, I think. Imagine, a pickup bed that doesn't require a ladder to access.

Awesome to see you here in Oz. Glad you found a coffee meet in your travels Went to the “Chopped” rod festival at the Maryborough racecourse, Victoria this past weekend. I reckon you would have been having a great time with lots of rat rods and things like collectibles and tattoo booths live bands etc.
They sure are more fond of the two door cars that we are here in the states, though I will admit it in the last 10 years or so, since there’s hardly any two-door stuff left to pick from, Manny have jumped ship and are going to four-door rap nowadays. I think I saw V W cocos’wagon in pick up truck form In the early part of the video.
I never realize that Australia had such a great car culture until bad. Chad and Queen Jolene started going there. I really like to see this kind of videos also !!
