  • SMOTHERED PORK CHOPS FINGER LICKING GOOD| STEP BY STEP VERY DETAILED
    INGREDIENTS
    3 pounds of pork lion rib chops thinly sliced
    2 tablespoons of lime juice
    1/2 cup of white distilled vinegar
    1 tablespoons of adobo
    1 tablespoons of garlic powder
    1 tablespoons of onion powder
    1 tablespoons of seasoning salt
    3 tablespoons of olive oil
    2 cups of all purpose flour
    2 cups of vegetable oil
    1 large onion
    3 tablespoons of all purpose flour
    Belle peppers any colors (optional)
    3 minced garlic
    3 cups of chicken broth
    1/2 cube of chicken flavored bouillon (Maggie)
    Parsley and thyme tied together
    1 teaspoons of black pepper
    Minced parsley
    INSTUCTIONS
    1. Clean pork chops with lime, vinegar and water as seen on the video.
    2. Pat the pork chops dry with a paper towel
    3. Season pork chops with 1 tablespoons of adobo, garlic powder, onion powder, seasoning salt and 3 tablespoons of olive oil.
    4. Use two cups of all purpose flour to bread up the pork chops.
    5. Put a skillet on the stove at high heat 7/8 add two cups of oil to the skillet once oil is hot add pork chops to oil and let them fry for about 3 to 4 minutes on each side. Do this until all the pork chops are cooked.
    6. Set cook pork chops to the side.
    7. In the same skillet that the pork chops were cooked in lower the heat to medium low 5/6 now remove most of the oil until you have about two tablespoons of oil left in the pan.
    8. Add chopped up onions and let cook for one minute, add 3 tablespoons of flour mix well and let cook for about 2 to 3 minutes.
    9. Add 3 cups of chicken broth mix well add 1/2 cube of chicken flavored bouillon, black pepper and parsley and thyme tied together let cook for about two minutes.
    10. Put the pork chops back in the skillet maneuver them around so all of them can get some gravy.
    11. Cover and let cook for 20 to 30 minutes. When finished trun stove off
    12. Add minced parsley at the top (optional)
    ENJOY!! Great with mashed potatoes or white rice
