These brokers and shippers is watching and saying to themselves “are we really paying those people that kind of money?” Let’s drop the rates and pay them .60 cents a miles. They’re saying, “I went to college and paying back student loans and ain’t making that kind of money!” Just saying
Lol, what is your point . You don't have to go to college for making that kind of money in the USA. Skilled Construction workers , heater tec, plumber, car mechanic at a dealership they all make more money than most college graduates in USA.. I have masters and worked in corporate before got into trucking few years back. I did it becuase of passion and didn't know at that time I was going to make more money in trucking than my corporate job. Also we were making less money in trucking than before so I don't think a $3 a mile load is a surprise for any brokers

$2,400 is my percentage of the load, I think I spent $140 in fuel
