Man that's an easy install. I have a 08 and it's a pain in the ass from what I've been reading and watching on UA-cam but I still want one. Great video btw!
This was a great video man. I just purchased mine. I also purchased the SCS Short connector. Do I leave that plugged in the whole time or can I unplug it once I've programmed everything? I just don't want no check engine lights to come on
nice work....i have a 2006 CBR1000rr, and i use the annatori QS, very smooth but its only for up shift. As far as the 1st-2nd issue, it happened to me before, but i found that after i had my chain properly tensioned, and i am very assertive with my shifts, it hasnt happened anymore.
So i just bought a 2021 cbr 1000rr today. I checked on the settings and it popped up quickshifter and some other options when i scroll down. Not sure what it is for but the driver manual doesnt day much. Idk if they dont add it after 2021 what not but i will gave to give it a shot if mine have it or not. Bought it from the dealer brand new too.
Love the Honda ....doesn't have the most tech, HP, or anything really but I still dig it.... QS and CC is all it needs....I dont think cruise is an option though
Hey I came here looking for the sensitivity setting. Because i got a quickshifter installed on my cbr600rr ‘24. After testing between the sensitivity settings I did feel a difference in the low and mid range vs high range. Level 1 is a bit rough while level 3 is smoother (in city, highway and backroads). Haven’t tested on a track yet Let me know what you think please 😊
Hello, I’m in the check engine light problem. How do I clear that?? I when to the menu and check DTC option but it’s empty. Not sure what I am doing wrong. I just need help on clearing the check engine light. Please let me know i appreciate it!
@@tarnishedsquid2967 what do you mean come on Honda it’s equipped to have one how about come on and make more money and spend $500 to get one and anyways you don’t need one
I know you already kind of said it, but is it possible to use the clutch when the Quick Shifter is switched on? I know you can turn it off in the settings, but is it necessary to do so or can i leave it switched on while using the clutch?
You can totally still use the clutch and ride the motorcycle normally when the quick shifter is on. If you hopped on a motorcycle and nobody told you there was a quick shifter you would likely never notice it was there.
Question I have a 2019 cbr1000rr with quickshifter also. my question is have you ever had this problem where the gear indicator shows the gear flashing and then “-“ back and forth
@@kNavlogs you won’t believe what the problem was!? My front tire was not evenly wore out half of the tire was showing wire and the other half with thread how idk but that was it
Why Honda didn't just supply this bike with one seems pretty lame It's already set up for it and even has it in TFT display......and they even sell it How much is this like $200-300?
Honda are genuinely great 😊
interestingly your videos are fluid, nice to watch, keep posted more mate. good luck.
Thanks! Glad you enjoy watching.
You not alone I miss second gear 2. Damm I try thought it was just me. Thank you for the video it was well presented 🤙🏾🤘🏾
Oh yeah and nice tool setup bro, very sweet to have a set of tools like you do!
As with most bikes, upshifts with a QS should be at higher rpm - most factory setups wont actually let you shift below 5500 rpm (or there abouts)
Finally a cbr1000rr content thanks 🙏🏽. Should do a 1k mile review. I’m still undecided which bike to get. I want something that’s worth the money
Funny you mention a thousand mile review. That’s what I was planning for my next video. I’ll try to have it up soon!
@@cjrides7073 Haha I just hit 4k miles on my 22
I just ordered them today. Thanks so much
Very thorough videos and beautiful bike.
Thank you! Glad you enjoy.
THANKS A LOT FOR MAKING THIS VIDEO. VERY HELPFUL AS I'LL BE INSTALLING ONE SOON.
Your vids are the best!
Thanks! I put a decent amount of work into them. I just started learning video editing. Glad you enjoy.

I made a mistake disconnect the red battery 😅 conector you think it can affect in anything?
Thanks, very informative. Slowly adding mods, do you need an autoblip for down shifting, CBR owner
I'm also wondering this
The 2022 has a quick shifter already i thought
You would think so, and I would argue that it absolutely should, but the RR doesn’t. The CBR1000RR-R does.
Only liter class bike that doesn't come standard with a quick shifter/blipper come on Honda!
no, it is set up for one. It will cost you a little over $500 to buy one and install it. It’s very simple.

Keep doing videos I have the same bike
Did u get the auto blipper
How much was the quickshifter?
They go for $500 to $600, got mine for $450 new
Where did you get it?
2022 how much hp on rear wheel?
Question I have a 2019 cbr1000rr with quickshifter also. my question is have you ever had this problem where the gear indicator shows the gear flashing and then “-“ back and forth
Most likely you are trying to shift in too low an rpm very same happened me you can just shift the old fashioned way using the clutch if you want
@@Eirehunter22 nope happens at any rpm even before starting the bike on
Oh…that’s not ideal 😂
Hey did you ever get this fixed? I have a 19 SP2 and do get this - flashing

Probably supply chain issues
550.00
My 19 didn't come with so not supply issue.
So basically your making your bike automatic
best bike made
If a quick shifter is slowing you down you either have bad shifter or you just suck
Quick shifters is the best
