- How to Use Catapults and How to Use Floating Carrier on Ziplines in the game Death Stranding (Director's Cut). Hideo Kojima released an updated Director's Cut of Death Stranding that added some new features to the game. Some of the features included Catapults that offered space in the Cargo Catapult Pod for you to shoot to the target and land using a guided propeller system. Video shows the complete sequence of how to build a Cargo catapult, how to load it with cargo, and how to shoot the cargo to the destination and land the cargo at the correct place using a guided rocket descent stage. Footage thanks to @captaindaedalus1. Death Stranding Director's cut version was released for the PlayStation 5 in September 2021, followed by a release for Windows in March 2022. #deathstrandingdirectorscut

Awesome. If you have other MGSV paid DLC outfits put a 360% view and use it in a mission as well. I will credit your channel if I use it. Too bad about the football game. Is that still a thing? I thought the head banging brain injury of all those young football players made the sport lower profile these recent years. But I guess like boxing and UFC, money is worth it!

I have my zip lines roughly in the same place as you have but use zip lines extensively to cover a lot of mountain areas. I have several crossover zip line routes,one from geologist to veteran porter to time fall farmer, another from the weather station thru cosplay to Mama's zip line to south knot and across the lake to connect up with the chiral artist mother to junk dealer-film director-Collecter-south dist-elder-engineer and so on. I leave the roadways for vehicle traffic plus i would have zip lines for all the map but run out of bandwidth even with ditching my safehouse and every other structure other than two generators in strategic vital positions and depend heavily on other's safehouses,mailboxes, generators,bridges,and very few zip lines but i usually end up upgrading other's structures so that it's mutually beneficial for everyone. I did have a zip line aligned to where I could drop in Heart man's onsen which the wall picture there reminds me of the front album cover for Yes's Yes songs album

What’s the distance on the catapult?
Thanks for the vid! I mean, wow ... it's unbelievable how useless that catapult really is. I mean, ok, I understand that not all the game's features can be TOP, but this is on another level ... 🙄
Let's say you have lots of delicate stuff that you need to carry over the mountain or rough terrain. You launch it to the destination safely. Then you run to the destination tripping all over the place, but it is fine because when you get to the destination, you simply pick it up and walk to delivery console without making any damage.
@@edepot you have a point, but if that area is under timefall/snowfall, by the time you'll arrive there, the cargo might be ruined.
catapult is kinda useless to me. if it has farther range and the recievers can come out of the shelter and pick it up themself.
It's awkward when you shoot them out and end up going there and collect it to deliver again. what's the point of shooting it. the weight it carry is also very little compare to the size of the catapult.
well, may be in very hard difficulty you may need it in very steep snow covered mountain. the stamina deplete so fast that it's impossible to deliver them yourself by climbing.... but again using zip line is much more easier. just go build necessary zipline and upgrade them first then you are fine with out the catapult. unless you wanna mess up with Mules by sending vox-emitting to their camp.
It would be more fun if we can catapult Sam lol.
I think the catapults are there for timed deliveries. For example, the 323 delivery requires multiple trips (and return trip you carry empty load). So if you catapult everything, you don't need to zip back and forth: ua-cam.com/video/LZafR-GdFys/v-deo.html

Catapults were not in Death Stranding, only in Director's Cut, so to show it was necessary for those who didn't buy Director's Cut (like me).
Necessary is spelled with 2 "s" and there is no such word as "inecessary"
