I love how she pointed out the water bottle & told her to move it. Commanding, aggressive but not overly so. Love her confidence! I’ve been a fitness instructor for 20 years, you have to have confidence when teaching
THE PERFECT workout I have always been looking for. You feel this EVERYWHERE! I just want to tone and not all the Cardio many work outs lead with. This is straight to the point TONING. I made it thru "modified", the first 35min and the next day I am feeling it in my back, my glutes, inner thighs. I imagine what this will do for me once I build up my stamina and go hard! For now I am taking it easy. I plan to do the first 30-35min a day and alternate the last 30-35min to get the full body experience and eventually I want to go the entire 55min straight thru. But this here is it!
Thank you for this intensive work out. It have tried out 3 times and it's really good. Even I didnt complete the whole thing but at least 30-45 mins of it and I really see results. Keep up the good work.

First time for me to do this kind of workout. I like it because there is no jumping. I've just started on a fitness journey, but managed to finish this with 4 pound weights. Had to skip them for those prisoners though. Thank you for this video. I've tried other arms with weights and legs and abs videos. But now that I've seen yours, those pale in comparison. You feel the burn 🔥 with yours. Be back tomorrow!

This one was insane but your energy kept me going until the end. Amazing trainer and a fantastic team. I used 5 and 8 kg dumbbells and died multiple times, a very challenging one, thanks for sharing!
The background noise was abysmal but this workout is fire! Straight to favorites. Tabata dumbbell workouts are my favorite; they go SO FAST! Thank you!!

Fantastic Tabata i enjoyed each exercise, in the last 6 min i waa so tired, i takes more second to breathe but i crushed each second. Maybe because i repeated the cardio block too the first 5 min two time.
