I like the video, but don't appreciate the click bait. Any click bait deserves a thumbs down, no matter how good the video turns out to be.

The snow defender can cost you a new roof by holding onto to much snow making your roof fall in from the weight.

When I went to school they taught me that liquids and air are two different substances. But I guess that you have some higher education qualifications than me. Or maybe you just like the sound of your own uneducated voice. And you don’t seem to understand how electricity works, for instance, you would need to store energy produced by these generators in batteries to go off the grid or to get the best benefits of the devices

If you mean are referring to the thermal collector, it can work either using heated air, or a heated liquid. It is similar to a floor heating system….you could circulate hot air under a transmissive floor material, or you could put tubing and circulate a heated liquid under the flooring. The air and heated liquid are different, but both work and each has its advantages and drawbacks.
And as for electricity comment, adults should know you need batteries….that is assumed. Your comment is like criticizing a car commercial for not mentioning that cars have other costs, like for fuel, maintenance and insurance/license fees. Adults know this already and no need to waste time stating the obvious.
