Police shouldn’t have stamped on him on the floor. And I’m sure he would have been remanded. He deserved the stamping but he was on the floor danger had been nullified, now the officer has given him grounds to persist court proceedings. Use your brain. Also when it initially happened the whole footage hadn’t been released, so they would have been let go due to further investigations and told to come back at a particular date. I've been a supporter of Constitutional Monarchy all my adult life but sadly Charles has been even worse than I thought he'd be.
An unfortunate reality is that he is just voicing the sort of opinions his family has held in private for a while. His mother over saw the complete dismantling of the empire, domestic industry, sovereignty signed away to the EU and her native population displaced domestically. None of them have been on our side.
