Hi! If you would like to support what I do, so that I can show you more places in Hungary in the future, here's a link to my page where you can do so: ko-fi.com/petrasperspective Thank you! 🤎
Hi! My husband and I have lived in Hungary for almost two years now and are always looking for places in this beautiful country to explore! Your chanel is a gem for us! 😊😊
These are the comments that make these videos worth making! Thank you so much for your kindness and that's so great to see that you are interested in our country! :) Have a wonderful day! :)
I like your video's. I'm from the Netherlands, next week we'll go on our trip through eastern/central europe. Komarom is on our list, as well as Tata and Székesfehérvár. (you made some video's on those places) and lake Balaton too. We travel by car (so we avoid km's walking you did), and expect milder temperatures near the end of september :) Been to Hungary in 2021 we loved it! (though the language sounds like abracadabra to us ;) ). On that trip in 2021 we were in Debrecen and met a couple of students who studied and spoke Dutch, we couldn't believe it! How totally unexpected it was to speak Dutch with Hungarians.
@bert7029 Welcome and thank you for sharing your story! :) Great plans and with car it's even more comfortable! In this way you will see much more places than we did, that's for sure. Lake Balaton will be amazing, sadly I couldn't film anything there this summer (it was in my plans, but I had to change them), but there are so many beautiful cities / towns around the lake, like Tihany, Balatonfüred, Keszthely, Siófok, Badacsonytomaj etc.... they are all worth a visit. Honestly, I've never been to Debrecen, but it's on my list! I can imagine what a cool experience it was that you found some people that spoke Dutch. I would be also amazed if someone would speak Hungarian in the Netherlands. :D I hope you will have a great time here! :)
Totally understandable! :D I'm more of a picky person, so for me the taste of the Kofola is a bit strange, but my boyfriend loves it! Sadly it's really rare to find it in Budapest (there are a few places though where you can drink it), so in Slovakia it was a must! :D Courtyard of Europe make so much more sense, but on the internet I found "Europe Place", so I went with it... but now I see that you can call it Courtyard of Europe... much better in my opinion. 😂 It was truly beautiful, I loved it!
@@petrasperspective for me it's probably because I've been drinking Kofola since I was a child and everybody here preferred it and not Coca-cola :D but I know people outside of Slovakia don't like it much :D I really liked limited version - gingerbread Kofola, but I haven't seen it for years (but I'm also not looking for it anymore cause I don't drink it now :|)... I had to google how it is called and I was looking for translation of how exactly it is in slovak :D but I found both of these names :) and I haven't been there yet!
@simonach1732 Yes, that's probably the reason for it, I was like 20 when I first tasted it. :D We found a peach flavoured one, but we didn't taste it, maybe that would've been THE ONE for me, so now I regret my decision. :D Okay, so both name is correct, that's fine, thank you for sharing this information! :)
Hi! As far as I know, due to the extreme weather no train will go from Budapest to Vienna for a few days (right now they say until the 17th 23:59). You can only go to Hegyehalom (the Hungarian border), but no train will go from there. Inform yourself here: fahrplan.oebb.at/webapp/?dateB=16.09.2024&timeB=00:00:00&dateE=16.09.2024&timeE=23:59:00&start=1&P=HimSearch&start=1#!P|HimSearch!H|254540
They were really gorgeous, it's really worth a visit! I can't really tell, we were there on a Saturday, but only a few places were open (like 3-4 that were cafés and bars), so those you can visit inside, the others... I don't think so. I tried to search for it on the internet, but I couldn't find anything. Maybe someone will see this comment and can tell more information about it. :D

Good morning ❤
Hi! Have a nice day! :)
for me it's Kofola > Pepsi > Coke 😁, courtyard of Europe in Komarno is really beautiful!

Those "European houses" look gorgeous. Are they residential? Or can you visit inside?
