Lol not gonna lie I kind of thought the nail was better 3-D before the file down. I did notice the giraffe-ness a lil bit but it still looks wonderful either way ! All in all these came out so perf 👌💗

You could’ve created the honeycomb look with a net inlay. That may have been easier and faster than by hand.

I have seen people do “honeycomb” designs with bubble wrap. You could try that with the dark color and put the lighter color gel on the edges! Turned out cute either way!
The shade of yellow of the whole set was terrible though

I personally feel like it would've been easier if she'd done it with the nails off instead of on so she could use both hands and get a better view. But it was executed very well considering she did it all by hand and with only one hand.
The bubble wrap bubbles are round though, I know what you mean but I'm not really a fan of that technique. She did a great job by hand!

Mother of Dani here: OMG! I was traveling the last couple of days and saw the subscribers draw my nails posted but waited to watch it until I was at home with my daughter Dani. It’s our tradition that whenever you post we watch it together and snuggle. So we just snuggled in together to watch the video and we were SO surprised that Dani’s nails were a contender. We squealed, giggled, and cried with excitement. So awesome! Thank you!!!

I know you may not see this but the same thing happens to me when I do my nails when I’m having a tough day. I tend to rip them off and I even sometimes try to do it over but it never works. My cuticles are wrecked as well and all I can say is we appreciate you no matter what. Your subscribers and supporters have much more in common with you than you know. We love you and I hope that everything continues to work out in your favor. ❤️

Did such a great job. I think next time you should try a fan brush for that crazy black thumb nail design
When you use polygel to adhere the full cover tips - especially really long ones - try applying more than you did and smoothing it out further up the nail. Makes less of that noticeable “step” under the nail where you applied them and strengthens them a lot.

The honey comb was %100 it came out so good after you encapsulated it too it kinda looks like a giraffe themed nails

For the honey combs you could have pressed some bubble wrap into a thick layer of poly gel to get an imprint, cure it, then pull the bubble wrap out. It's done alot with resin, soap, and wax so it should work here too :)
