A very nice RV. It's cool that the manufacturer is able to make these sorts of vehicles available and useful for chair bound folk. It's a spacious design for able bodied people as well and I was surprised to see it slept 6 in comfort.
1) how did the owner get to the bed, in a wheelchair? and 2) If you sleep on the bed on the right, you can't see the TV !! (nice presentation as always by the way)
I assume that if someone needs to make use of the wheelchair lift, then they'd be using the bed that converts from the couches, since the only other beds require either a ladder or a pretty steep staircase for access!
What a very practical and interesting way to help someone who needs a little bit extra. Great how the extra equipment hasn’t left compromises the home still functions as any other and has a ton of storage 👍
I looked around several of RS Motorhomes at the NEC Birmingham several years ago and they were awesome vehicles I even spoke to the owner “Mick” a very knowledgable and down to earth Yorkshire man, is the company still going as I haven’t seen any advertising for them for a long time, they are some of the best coach builds I have ever looked at. Could not something have been designed to cut out the steps? Even a small platform lift? Especially as it was costing that much money!

Keep’m coming 🙂🇬🇧

Yet nobody would stop to recognize the many talents of Detective Inspector "Endeavour" as he went about his duties making life so much easier for those around him. Sound familiar? It should - this RV is the very embodiment of the talented Detective Inspector Endeavour - and his clever ways. Thanks, Nick, and team, for sharing this impressive bit of kit.
I presume the disabled person is effectively a passenger and that an able bodied person must be on board, as aside from the lift ramp, the rest of the vehicle isn't practical for a wheelchair user, unless that person can stand up for short time periods. That aside, a lovely motorhome for sure.

I love the finish. But where do you eat? Was expecting some sort of fold out/pop up/put up table to appear at some point but no. Still can't decide if that huge storage area at the back is really useful or wasted space that could have been better used.
I wonder if there’re solarpannels on the rooftop of it,that would be great, btw this rv motorhome is great for people who loves early 80’s style with it’s darkbrown color intirior😁

When ever I see these mobil home video tours, I wonder where to passengers sit during driving. It seems there beds for many people in the camper, but only two seats with seatbelts ?? 👀
Very nice camper, but I found that the controls that are up above the door way is not accessible for the disabled person I would think, a lower position would be more practical ? Also noticed only the front seats have seatbelts does that mean it’s a two person only travelling?
I guess it’s a legal thing but wouldn’t be too popular at the campsite with that lift siren! (I’m sure something that can be removed once it’s with the owner ;) )
Hi Nick. Where do the 4 passengers sit when travelling? I didn’t see any seatbelts. Also, was there an anchor point for the wheelchair when travelling?
Apart from the wheelchair lift and shower seat, I’m not seeing much accessibility here. Once the chair user is in, where does the chair get secured for movement/driving. There’s nowhere to stow it even if the person has enough mobility to move from it to, say, the passenger seat (the only seat with a seatbelt apart from the driver’s). Last thing I’d want is my electric wheelchair sliding around that space. Potentially bashing into the back of the front seats. Not to mention that nothing in the vehicle is at a height for a person to sit at while using, whether in their wheelchair or a normal chair to manage mobility issues. And those beds, I’ve got to climb up a ladder or steps, or climb over the bed to get into one. And do it over again maybe a couple of times during the night if I need the loo. I suppose it’s a start, but my high hopes at the start of this video were hugely reduced by the end. Betting the idea is that the person in the wheelchair is incapable of doing anything for themselves, like an infant, so nothing more is needed :(
7200kg Gross vehicle weight…… so a pre 1997 (test passed) driver can drive it (7500kg + trailer up to 750kg) After that date, would require an additional test for C1 category licence…. 🙂 It’s effectively what is known as a 7 1/2 ton lorry in old parlance

How is a person in a wheelchair, able to operate the controls in a overhead cupboard?
Maybe they travel with an able bodied person who can access the controls or maybe they don't use a wheelchair all the time.

You'd need to speak with the manufacturer, but I would imagine they can simply build one on a LHD chassis.
